I havnt seen StrongHeart in a VERY long time! Its acctually one of my favourite shows but since big companies has been on the hunt and taking them down, i havnt really been on track on whats subed and whats not! This episode is mostly about our sunbae, SJs Leeteuk and his enlistment into the military. However this episode also features a special guest, Yoona! I wonder what kinda of story she will share in this episode of Strongheart!
Snsd On Strong Heart 2013
First clip showed Yoona’s kiss scene with her partner as Jang Keun Suk from KBS Love Rain. Yoona said, “I felt so shy,” reminiscing the kiss scene. “But even though I felt super shy, I wasn’t too nervous because Keun Suk oppa and I have a comfortable relationship.”
While Yuri shared her struggle having difficulty crying for another scene as a first time actress, MC Shin Dong Yeop made the whole studio laugh by complimenting Yuri’s acting in her kiss scene with Lee Je Hoon as her partner.
Her partner was none other than Strong Heart’s MC Lee Dong Wook for the KBS drama Wild Romance. MC Lee Dong Wook said “I told Jessica to ‘Just stay still and I’ll lead’ because Jessica hadn′t had experience.”
According to some SBS officials, the current PD of the show, Park Sang Hyuk, will be going overseas and a new PD will be replacing him starting on January 15th, as a result, the show will be changing.
SBS stated, “PD Park will be directing until early January, and PD Shin Hyo Jung will be taking his place. After we finish airing all the ‘Strong Heart’ recordings, there’s a possibility that ‘Strong Heart’ may change its format as new rival pilot programs will be airing in the same timeslot as ‘Strong Heart’. We’ll be giving concrete details on the new ‘Strong Heart’ by mid-January. Nothing has been confirmed as of yet on the format change, or if we’ll be changing MCs. It will be determined after further internal discussion.“
SBS is reportedly keeping a wary eye on new rival pilot programs in the same time slot as Strong Heart which is also influencing the station’s decision to make changes to the show.
SBS said the changes are still being discussed and, as such, any detailed rumored reports of changes in the show’s format and MCs for the show were not true.
Last night, four SNSD members guested on Strong Heart. As seen in the clip above, YoonYul and TaeNy go head to head in a talk battle: Yoona and Yuri’s story reveals the not-so-shocking truth about SNSD’s demanding eating habits and using SNSD’s name for fast chicken delivery, while Taeyeon and Tiffany share an anecdote about Sooyoung and Tiffany making on-flight announcements, the latter really not being funny when doing so.
Also in the episode (but not in the subbed cut), Yoona described her ideal type as someone who can make her heart race, like when they stroke her hair or call her cute. (2Yoon anybody!?)
Moreover, actress Song Chae Hwan brought her 8 year old daughter, whose nickname is Little Yoona, onto the set of Strong Heart fulfil her wish of meeting Yoona.
Taeyeon and Tiffany raised their hands, as Tiffany explained, "It went as a ways back as the beginning.." before adding, "Later, i presumed because You Think has a gloomy feel, Party has a refreshing feel and Lion Heart has a gentle feel, the timing was right."
Sooyoung and Yuri, on the alternative hand, were interested by the song, as Yuri shared, "I idea moms, dads, aunts, uncles, every person would truly like it."
SNSD′s fifith album Lion Heart has ranked number 1 in weekly album sales on Hanteo Chart and Synnara Records from August 24-30.
SNSD′s album also ranked number 1 in Gaon Chart′s album category for the 3rd week of August in addition crowned Billboard′s global Albums chart, once back confirming SNSD′s repute no longer best in Korea, yet globally.
SNSD has also won six number 1 trophies for lead unmarried Lion Heart on more than a few cable and primary network song programs, adding SBS MTV′s The Show, MBC Music′s Show Champion, Mnet′s M COUNTDOWN, KBS′ Music Bank and SBS′ Inkigayo.
The lyrics are at best fluffy and flirty, and on its own, would not have been title song-worthy. However, the MV does a whole lot to buoy the impact of Lion Heart, with spot-on styling and stunning sets. The saturated and lovely colour palette create a fantasy-like atmosphere, and the retro outfits of the girls elevate their already-high standards of elegance and classiness, fitting of heroines from a nostalgic period film. The girls have been in the industry long enough to graduate from the representative uniform fashion, and I appreciate that each got the chance to actually look their best, since the right hair and outfits can go a long way. The amount of effort and detail put into the styling definitely showed through, and is probably the crowning glory of this MV.
In the beginning, the girls sit down to watch a show, which is essentially the remainder of the MV divided into three chaptersChapter One, said guy actually goes to romance all eight girls who fall head-over-heels for him; Chapter Two, all hell breaks loose when the guy arranges eight different dates at the same time and venue, and of course, the girls are horrified to find out he has been stringing all eight of them along; Chapter Three, guy tries to get back into the good graces of the girls, but they rightly rebuff him and do away with him. Its a tongue-in-cheek moment to see the male lead literally dressed up as a lion, going the full nine yards with the comical lion mascot costume that seems to reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast.
The distribution of lines and screen time also deviated from the typical trend of being Yoona-centric. The choreography is nothing to write home about, although the dance moves definitely bring back the retro Hairspray vibe once again, with a lot of hip and shoulder action. And yes, the random open-leg move in their sparkly dresses threw me off for a while.
The women exhibit the contrasting attractive and strong functionality for "You Think" in addition their amusing and colorful unfashionable level for "Lion Heart" no longer to mention that the women bring their undeniable antique good looks on stage.
--> This week on Channel SNSD′s ′Channel Sooyoung,′ Girls′ Generation (SNSD)′s fashionable member Sooyoung took audience within the dressing room at the set of the Lion Heart tune video shoot to delve into the secret looks featured in the tune video.
Sooyoung and SNSD′s stylist explained that the Lion Heart concept become once encouraged by the unfashionable and vintage types of the 1920s, which is also, coincidentally, on trend for the 2015 F/W season.
SNSD snagged one of the crucial newest fashion designer looks off the runway, from Dolce & Gabbana to Gucci and Versace, and what we collected from the clip is that wide leg trousers and accents like scarves and massive cuffs are in this season!
