His other notable performances include his appearance at MTV World Stage. Jay Park has also served the official ambassador for the R-16 b-boy tournament from 2011-2013.
Simon Dominic is notably one of the most versatile rappers in Korean hip-hop. He is a former member of the duo Supreme Team, who co-founded AOMG with Jay Park following his departure from Amoeba Culture.
In addition to theirNew York City performanceon November 15, the AOMG U.S. Tour will make stops in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. On November 14, the AOMG U.S. Tour will perform at theBelasco in Los Angeles. Last years KCON, which drew roughly 10,000 people, was so successful that event organizers, the cable channel K-pop MNet America, decided to lengthen it to two days.
Attending fans shelling out between $60 and $300 got the chance to attend seminars like "The Arts of RemixingSampling K-Pop," "Developing K-Pop Songwriting Skills" and "Get it Beauty: The K-Pop Face."
Kpop Group F(X) Member Victoria Participates In New Balance Running Festival 2013
On the 26th of May, Victoria, leader of the five member group f(x), was present during the New Balance Running Festival of 2013. The event was hosted in the Olympic Stadium where runners began to stretch as Victoria cheered them on.
The leader was sent many compliments online for her wonderful physique and cheerful disposition during the entire event. Victoria stated that her main goal for the race is to finish!
Victoria was the favorite of many photographers during the New Balance Running Festival. Victoria poses for many of the pictures with great enthusiasm. She even participated in having fun with the mascots and encouraging the runners to make sure that they finish the race no matter what!
‘Little Psy’ Hwang Min Woo Appears At The Los Angeles Korean Festival
The October 24th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Good Day‘ revealed to viewers that “Gangnam Style” child star Hwang Min Woo had attended the 39th annual Los Angeles Korean Festival in Southern California city.
Hwang Min Woo shoot a promotional film with YouTube and performed “Gangnam Style” during his first day in Los Angeles.
The second day, the child star participated in the festival and took part in the car parade portion of the event with the Miss Korea’s of the Los Angeles area. Hwang Min Woo walked along the streets and even showed his dance moves to the tunes of Gangnam Style during the parade.
This weeks Music Bank was a special episode KPOP FESTIVAL filmed in Incheon. Today’s HOT STAGE featured powerful performances by BoA feat. Eunhyuk, Super Junior, BEAST, IU, KARA and INFINITE. This KPOP Festival also got our artists to gather at the end of the show and as a united front sing Run To You by DJ Doc. This got Yoseob from BEAST and the boys from B.A.P dancing.
Other performances today were by B.A.P, EXO-M, Teen Top, A Pink, AOA, ZE:A, TINY-G, SECRET, Chaos, VIXX, Simon D feat. Rythm Power and many more.
Coming up next Saturday, April 27, is the 10th year anniversary of the event. Every year a selection of popular idols and older singers come to perform. The confirmed performers for this year includes G.O.D, MBLAQ, Brown Eyed Girls, Lena Park, Bobby KimThe Buga Kingz, Nam Jin, Im Tae Kyung, Kim Kyung-Ho, LovePeace, Lee Yong and Arirang. Sm Entertainment?s "i Am." Showing At The Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival
SM Entertainment’s movie, “I AM. SMTOWN Live in Madison Square Garden” will be shown at this year’s Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival. A documentary style film, the movie will include live performances from SMTOWN in Madison Square Garden from last October, in addition to artist interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.
Currently, there is only one screening scheduled for Tuesday, May 15th, at 9:00 PM PST. The film will be shown in the Koreatown district of Los Angeles at CGV Cinemas. General admission tickets are this event are $12, while discounted tickets for $10 are also available for students and seniors.
