B.A.P is getting enthusiasts excited with some new teaser photographs for their long-awaited November comeback!
Members Bang Yong Guk and Jong Up either uploaded photography to their person Twitter accounts on October 20. They every feature their noted Matoki characters, with Jong Up’s adding Dadamato and Bang Yong Guk’s symbol appearing Shishimato.
There"s no lack of talent in K-Pop, but some groups go above and beyond the average group. B.A.P debuted in 2012 but they are already extremely popular internationally.
Other groups have reoccurring themes, but B.A.P debuted with a comical story-telling concept where the members were actually aliens from another planet, Matoki, planning on conquering Earth with music. TS Entertainment revealed rabbits that match up to each member, and revealed comics, videos, etc. that told a story about the rabbits crashing to Earth.
The Matoki concept that TS Entertainment has used to promote B.A.P gives B.A.P the ability to not only be people but characters, which keeps the fans entertained and wanting to know what happens next in the story.
The second photo teaser is actually the album jacket photo, showing B.A.P’s mascot Matoki styled in silver and intricate metal inlay. In the background, we could see several other Matoki. The design is the creation of character artist Leeko J, the original creator of Matoki.

From the apocalyptic vision of an urban riot in the "Badman" video to the "Donnie Darko"-esque cartoon rabbit character named Matoki emblazoned across their album covers and other merchandise, B.A.P.'s look is cutting edge, to say the least.
The dark visuals are the perfect match for the urban-infused sounds of a group that is currently one of the more interesting acts across the K-pop spectrum.
B.A.P Find Matoki Event has Fans Searching EverywhereB.A.P has been stating, 'Find Matoki' and fans have been searching nonstop for it.
After this message went up, over 3,000 retweets of this was seen. It was later revealed to be a hint for their 'Find Matoki Event' that was happening on their Facebook page.
This event is currently going on on their page and the rules are to find their mascot, 'Matoki' hidden on their 'B.A.P LIVE ON EARTH SEOUL' concert images from February.
On June 18, B.A.P unveiled a new poster through its Facebook page. The poster showed a giant UFO floating above a farmland, where crop circles were created by the Matokis.
Considering the similarity of B.A.P’s previous concert title as well as the M-Live logo at the right hand corner, the poster is most likely foreshadowing another concert tour to come.
Bang Yongguk was the first member B.A.P to be revealed to the public, and received a lot of attention for his fierceness on stage when he was featured on Secret Jieun’s single, “Going Crazy.” Prior to his debut, he was part of an underground hip-hop crew called Soul Connection, with whom he released various songs and did various concerts. At the time he was known under the persona of “Jepp Blackman.” Close to B.A.P's debut, Bang Yongguk has revealed that he didn't leave Soul Connection and is still part of them.
He had the chance to become a mainstream artist, entering TS Entertainment as a trainee following fellow label artist Untouchable’s introduction to the agency.
Bang Yongguk has also proven to be a talented singer-songwriter, having participated in composing in the majority of B.A.P’s songs since “Warrior.” He has also been involved in the rap lyrics, writing them himself.
