Answer Me 1997 Wiki
"Producers" is different. An entertainment producer in the lead of an entertainment program has never been attempted before and the project is getting bigger. With the featuring of Kim Soo-hyeon-I, Cha Tae-hyeon and Kong Hyo-jin, failure is not an option. Park Ji-eun"s writing was the engine expected to bring all these elements together but no one can be too sure about that. It"s hard to imagine what a drama writer and an entertainment producer may create.
A broadcasting station personnel claims, "The cost for the cast and the writer alone may be outstanding, as well as the production cost, too. It might be risky". However, "Producers" is the drama of the year. Will it be successful with good enough ingredients to create it?
5 Times Shi Won From Answer Me 1997 Proved She’s Just Like Us
Being a K-pop fan also comes with some criticism. We are constantly being asked “Why do you listen to something you can’t understand?” or “Why are you so invested in these groups?” Well, the answer is simple! If we find something that makes us happy, do you really think we wouldn’t get invested in it? At least you’ll have something in your life that you can be passionate about. Second, yes the music is in Korean and it’s not a language I understand at the moment, but it’s not hard looking up a translation on Google. These days fandoms are very quick to translate songs and music shows. Plus, it’s a new pathway to learning a whole new culture and language. I mean, even I’m taking Korean classes now!
Yes, it is true! I’ve known some acquaintances to do theses about K-pop in undergraduate and graduate school. I think it’s fascinating to see people do this kind of research over K-pop. It just goes to show that K-pop can help with your school studies as well.
If there’s one thing about Shi Won and her bias is that she was very protective over H.O.T. One of my favorite scenes has to be before the award show where H.O.T. fans and Sechkies fans were basically in an all out fan war! You know these days you feel slightly defensive when it comes to your favorite group. Granted, some people might be more forward with the way they show their protection over their favorite groups.

Mixed Reports Surround The Second Season Of “Answer Me 1997”
There has been a lot of rumors and speculation regarding the focus of the new series and recently, on April 4, it was reported by a Korean news outlet that the second season will be about the basketball craze that consumed South Korea in the early 1990s. College basketball stars Lee Sang Min and Woo Ji Won were the hottest celebrities during that era with a fandom that rivaled the most popular K-Pop idols of that time. According to the report, the writers were interviewing the fanclub members of these stars, leading to conclusion that the new series would be about fandom like the previous one, but specifically about basketball.
However, new reports have come out contradicting the original source, with a representative from the drama production team saying, “It seems the news about the basketball plot came out while we were gathering different sources for the drama.” The rep continued, “It is still too early to say we have settled on a focus for season 2.”
Expectations for the second season are high as “Answer Me 1997” was praised for its realistic details and perspective into the 90s K-Pop fandom culture and elevated Seo In Guk and A Pink’s Jung Eunjis popularity to another level. While the second season is expected to air in the latter half of 2013, the plot focus still seems to be undecided.
[Guest Review] "answer To 1997"
Sung Shi-won: A fiery, hot-tempered, earnest, crazy H.O.T fangirl, Tony Ahn-loving woman who is a writer.Mo Yoo-jung: A fickle, but sweet, woman who is Shi-won's best friend.Yoon Yoon-jae: An uptight, brilliant man who has been lifelong friends with Shi-won.Kang Joon-hee: A mild-mannered, sweet, intelligent man who is Yoon-jae's best friend. Joon-hee has confided his darkest secret only to Shi-won: his first love is Yoon-jae.Do Hak-chan: A porn-and-alcohol-loving Seoulite who clams up around women. Because he's played by Eun Ji-won, the writer definitely makes some plays on his Sechs Kies days that are ridiculously hysterical.Bang Sung-jae: The talkative, rather socially inept final member of the group who rounds things out and keeps everyone laughing. Shi-won voices over during the 2012 reunion. She explains that one couple will announce their engagement. w00t, now we can play detective!
