Director Shim Hyung-rae, who is operating on a sequel to his disastrous movie "D-War", has joined hands with a Chinese genuine estate rich person to build a theme park.
The irrepressible former comiccurrently met with China Real Estate Arrangement vice president Miao Leru to talk aboutconstruction a park themed on his movies, which come with "D-War" and "Yonggary".
