TWICE’s debut album in Japan goes platinum

TWICE’s Japanese debut album has officially gone platinumby reaching over 250,000 sales!

On August 10, THERecording Industry Association of Japan stated that TWICE’s debut album ‘#TWICE’ has sold over 250,000 copies and therefore, has been certified as a platinumrecord. This is just shortly after the girl group surpassed the 100,000 mark which is considered as a Gold.

With their album continuously rising and showing no signs of slowing down even after over a month since its release,TWICE continues to garner more attention and popularityin Japan.
