Chinese Orchestra plays TVXQ’s “I Believe”, Super Junior’s “Mr. Simple”,T-ara’s “Roly Poly”, and more
The Nanyang Polytechnic Chinese Orchestra (NYCPO) who received attention back in 2010 for playing a K-pop medley are now back with more K-pop songs.
The Orchestraheld their concert K-ATTACK!, an Evening full of K-pop hits at the Esplanade Concert Hall in Singapore back in November and the performances from this concert were recently uploaded on their official YouTube channel.
The performances include TVXQs I Believe, Super Juniors Mr. Simple, T-aras Roly Poly, B2STs Beautiful, and FT Islands Sarang Sarang Sarang.

Super Junior's Eunhyuk recently thanked his fans through his Twitter after news of the group's 5th album, "Mr. Simple," reached the half-million mark sold.
On April 21st, Eunhyuk wrote on his personal Twitter account, "This is a bit late, but I want to thank you! Our album (5th album, "Mr. Simple") sold over 500,000 copies, and we were speechless at first, but now I feel really proud! For those who bought the album, I want to thank you all~ We will work hard to prepare for our 6th album!!!! Bow (__)"
"Mr. Simple" was released last year in August, and the final tally was announced at the end of last month to be 502,830 copies sold. This has been the best record since 2008, following TVXQ's "Mirotic" that held the record of having over 500,000 copies sold. Prior to "Mirotic," Kim Gunmo's 8th album, "Hestory," held the record in 2003.
Along with his tweet, Eunhyuk snapped two photos of himself with a cake to celebrate his group's achievement, one of which included leader Leeteuk.
Meanwhile, Super Junior recently wrapped up their "Super Show 4" World Tour concert in Paris, France, at the beginning of the month, as well as a concert in Shanghai on the 14th. They are set to head to Jakarta, Indonesia on the 28th and 29th.
On April 21st, Super Juniors Eunhyuk tweeted, I know its a little late but thank you. When I first heard that we hit the 500,000 sales mark, it seemed unreal but it feels great and gives me pride. Super Junior proved their high popularity again. On April 13, Gaon Chart reported 502,830 copies of Super Juniors fifth album Mr. Simple have been sold since it was released on August 3 last year. The sales record is the third largest after Kim Gun Mos eighth album Hestory, released in 2003, and TVXQs fourth album MIROTIC. Super Junior topped the charts in Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and the Philippines right after the fifth album was released. Super Junior has especially been topping Taiwans KKBOX Chart for 34 consecutive weeks, which is the second greatest record after Bonamana that topped the chart for 63 weeks. Super Junior also attracted over a half million audiences total to their three Asian concert tours, proving their high popularity.
