Actor So Ji Sub was featured in an interview on the July 7 episode of KBS 2TV ‘Entertainment Weekly’ where he had an honest talk about his appearance.
“It’s been a while since I came on the program, I think I should change my famous works to ‘Descendants of the Sun’ and ‘Infinity Challenge,'” So Ji Sub said jokingly.

The actor talked about starring in the film ‘Battleship Island.’ “I’ve always wanted to work with director Ryu Seung Wan. I didn’t think I would be suffering so much after receiving the script. After looking at the script, I wondered if I would be okay.”
The reporter brought up the subject of search engines and So Ji Sub mentioned how he looks himself up on the search engine on a daily basis. The reporter then shared a netizen comment on So Ji Sub’s looks and commented, “Previously, you stated how as an actor, you have a rather typical face.” He then responded, “Thinking back on my debut, my face wasn’t the likable type. I came a long way though.”
The reporter then asked, “Don’t you have times where you find yourself to be cool/attractive?” So Ji Sub answered, “Not really.” The reporter replied, “But I think that often…” To which So Ji Sub responded, “When? Where? The Top, middle, or bottom?” The reporter laughingly replied, “Bottom.” So Ji Sub then said, “If I had to choose when I feel the most cool/attractive is when I am satisfied with my own acting.”
