4minute wins on March 30th’s SBS “Inkigayo”

SBS“ Inkigayo returns with more fantastic stages, eclectic sounds, and excitement! Joining us will be hosts Lee Yu Bi, ZE:A“s Kwanghee and new MCs EXO”s Suho & BaekHyun.

On this episode, Baechigi returned with “DDURAEYO“, Super Junior-M came back with “SWING“, MBLAQ made their comeback with “Be a Man“, and TINT were back with “Wolf is Stupid“.

 

As for the winners, Girls’ Generation, 2NE1, and 4Minute were nominees for the trophy, but 4minute took home the win for “Whatcha Doing Today?“.

SHINee Meets 8,000 Fans In Argentina And Completes ‘SHINee WORLD III’ Latin America Tour

Group SHINee held their concert in Argentina and completed their "SHINee CONCERT SHINee WORLD III" Latin America tour.

This was their first time since debut to hold a tour in Latin America.

They received huge attention with news of their tour and was greeted by fans at the airport and at all three concerts.

They performed in Argentina on April 8 at the Luna Park Arena and performed many of their hit songs including, "Lucifer", "Dream Girl", "Everybody" and more.

They also performed solo stages as well as dance performances for a total of 25 songs and met with 8,500 fans.

SHINee commented, "We were surprised by the response we received from the fans and it was truly a special moment for us. If we have the chance, we hope to return and perform again

Tickets for the upcoming K-Pop festival in LA are now available!

Back in February, it was revealed that there would be a free (yes, free!) K-Pop concert in Los Angeles hosted by KBS and the Korean American Federation of Los Angeles on April 12! As March is quickly ending, the tickets will be available to the general public starting tomorrow.

You can get the tickets on a first come, first serve basis here at ticketmaster (2 ticket limit per person) starting on March 29 10:00 AM PDT/1:00 PM EST. Also, physical ticket distribution will be held at the HwaGae Traditional Market (940 S. Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90006) on Saturday March 29 at 10:00am PST. Tickets here will also be distributed via first come, first serve and a limit of 2 per person (5,000 total tickets). As the event is taking place in the LA Memorial Coliseum, there will be 93,000 seats available as well as additional space for a total exceeding 100,000 spectators! However, there will undoubtedly be a high demand for tickets as who doesn”t want to go to a free, K-Pop concert? So make sure you get your hands on one for yourself!

MBLAQ members reveal who they want to work with for sub-units

MBLAQ took part in a recording of KBS 2TV“s “Yoo Hee Yeol”s Sketchbook” and revealed who they wanted to work with for a sub-unit. However, this was not limited to just MBLAQ members very much like how Toheart combined INFINITE“s Woohyun and SHINee“s Key.

For this fantasy sub-unit, G.O chose 2AM”s Seulong, Seung Ho chose his schoolmate and senior B2ST”s Junhyung, Mir chose g.o.d as he was a fan of the group since his youth, Thunder chose Big Bang“s G-Dragon, and Lee Joon chose ZE:A“s Kwanghee.

Lee Joon said, “Because there are a lot of members in ZE:A, Kwanghee complains that he gets too little parts. I understand his feelings, too. If we were to promote together, we could sing as much as we want

SHINee Takes Away the Heart of 8,500 in Argentina

SHINee successfully held its concert in Argentina, gathering over 8,500 fans.

Holding SHINee Concert “SHINee World III” around Mexico, Chile and Argentina for the first time since its debut, SHINee brought great success the concerts in each country.

SHINee was welcomed by numerous fans at every airport, using the VIP path to transport to the next destination for security reasons. The fans also showed up in streets wherever SHINee went, including around the hotel and the concert hall.

The concert in Argentina was held on April 8 in Luna Park Arena, where the group performed over 25 songs, including Juliette, Lucifer, Dream Girl, Everybody as well as specially prepared Macarena for 8,500 fans.

The fans sang along the songs during the entire performance and prepared a cake and signs that said, ‘Birthday, Jonghyun’ to celebrate the SHINee member’s birthday

SHINee is taking South America by storm!

Just two days after exciting a crowd of 8,000 in Mexico City, the popular SM Entertainment idol group traveled south of the equator for their first solo concert in Chile.

The performance, titled SHINee Concert "SHINee World III" in Santiago, gathered an impressive crowd of 8,500 on April 6.It was held at the Movistar Arena in the Chilean capital city.

There were reports that fans began gathering outside the concert hall the night before, some standing in line for nearly 24 hours in order to secure the best spot inside the venue.

The excited Chilean fans also prepared a special event for the the SHINee members as a way to show their appreciation and to encourage the K-Pop idols to return for more concerts in the future

f’s Amber and Tasty’s Soryong Are The Unofficial Third Couple For ‘We Got Married Global 2′

The official We Got Married Global 2 couples recently were joined by an unofficial couple of idols, f(x)"s Amber and Tasty"s Soryong.

Even though the couple isn"t officially part of the show, they partook in a press conference and hosted the second episode. The two will act as hosts of the behind the scenes episodes that will air on Global We Got Married"s YouTube channel, WGM TV.

Amber and Soryong not only commentated on the second episode of We Got Married Global 2, but the duo took pictures together at the We Got Married Global press conference. However, they tried their hardest to not look like a married couple, and ended up taking slightly awkward pictures.


At the press conference, Amber said: "I am always thinking of how to bridge the communication between the overseas fans and the casts

SHINee meets 8,500 fans at their Chile concert

SHINee successfully held their solo concert in Chile as the last part of their Central and South American tour.

The “SHINee CONCERT “SHINee WORLD Ⅲ” in SANTIAGO” took place at Movistar Arena in Santiago, Chile on April 6, attracting 8,500 fans in attendance.

For this concert, SHINee performed a total of 25 songs including “Dream Girl“, “Ring Ding Dong“, “Everybody“, and even specially performed the popular song “Macarena“.

Fans made the boys surprised by holding up placards that read, “Happy birthday, Jonghyun,” in celebration of Jonghyun“s birthday on April 8th.

EXO’s Kris Joins SM Lineup On Instagram

EXO member Kris jumped on the Instagram bandwagon on April 7, opening an account and uploading his first picture.

Within fourteen hours, the picture had over 200,000 likes and 95 thousand comments. Kris"s account, galaxy_fanfan, had nearly 400,000 followers.

The picture depicted EXO"s Canadian member wearing a stylish outfit while sitting against a mirror looking at his reflection, and said "welcome to galaxy."

Kris is the first EXO member to create an Instagram account, and the first member to create a public SNS account. However, he joins a growing group of SM Entertainment artists who use their Instagram accounts to communicate with fans.
