SHINee‘s Jonghyun recently greeted the winter season by sharing his above selca on Twitter and wrote, “It’s winter!”. The uploaded photo showed Jonghyun looking at the camera with his funny facial expression while dressing in a dark colored coat and a big glasses. SNSD’s Sunny has given a change to her hair. Recently, a posting titled “Sunkyu in purple hair” was uploaded on an online community board. Sunny was captured in an image as she was rehearsing for the performance in Singapore. In the picture, the star maintains her short hair but it seems to have been dyed in purple. She is covering her hair in a cap, generating curiosity among viewers. Previously on November 22, Sunny appeared at the Incheon International Airport in order to leave for the SM Town Live World Tour in Singapore

B12 is a group created by the American TV show American Dad for one of their episodes, but compared to the boy bands in the K-pop industry, they aren’t that far off from reality.Watching the spoof B12 MV is like watching one epic mash-up of a bunch of K-pop boy band MVs. SHINee is set to release their 6th Japanese single titled “1000-nen, Zutto Soba ni Ite… (1000-years, Always by your side…)” this December 12th. Prior to the official release, a PV preview of the song was aired on Japanese TV show Mezamashi TV earlier today. The new song with winter concept is expected to be get along well with Christmas holiday as well as showing the talented vocals of SHINee members. Check out the PV preview below!  

Despite our attempts to get interested in the awards given out at the Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMAs), we would happily admit that they are a long way from the musical legitimacy by institutions such as the Golden Disk Awards (GDA). However, if award legitimacy were the sole criteria in the success of award shows, then the MTV Movie Awards and the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards would have died a long time ago. Maybe it’s time we admitted it, and the pictures say it all, but the whole point of the MAMAs was always to be an event for fans to have their fantasies realised, as well as for those attending to have a ball of a time (as well as all the free champagne one can have), and hopefully pick up an award or two

In Seoulbeats’ recent light-hearted discussion about K-pop fears, the idea that SHINee may never come back to release new material in Korea was a common nightmare for the writers and readers. This fear seems to surface often, with many groups, because in between Korean promotions our favorite groups often travel around the world to increase their international reputation. This, sadly, leaves fans that are only keeping up with Korean news and music sites in the dark. SHINee falls into this category now and, to put it simply, they have focused on spreading their music to their international fans in other parts of Asia as opposed to promoting in their native Korea

This week's charts once again include various releases such as new singles by Girls' Generation and boy groups MYNAME and SHU-I as well as the weekly rankings for 2PM, Wonder Girls, T-ara and KARA among others.The daily single chart starts off with Girls' Generation at a 4th place with the release of their single "Flower Power." One place lower, on the 5th place, MYNAME's second single "What's Up" can be found. SHU-I's "Daigyakuten" made it to the 7th spot.After selling no less than 130,242 copies of their latest single "Masquerade," 2PM got the the 2nd spot in the weekly single ranking

SM Entertainment, Calendar, TVXQ, Girls' Generation, SHINee, EXO, Super Junior SM Entertainment Artists to Release a 2013 Calendar SM Entertainment artists will be releasing 2013 calendar. First Look magazine commented, "TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls' Generation and other SM artists will be featured in a 2013 calendar and diary." Each group will have their own concept and will be able to show a different side to them. The calendar will have more than 25 pictures and will be printed as a tabletop calendar
