On August 18, SISTAR’s agency, Starship Entertainment, surprised the fans of the group by releasing a teaser photo of the ladies with their backs turned to the camera as they look towards the sunset. The words, “THANK YOU. I SWEAR. 2014. 08. 26,” were written on the photo and the post said, “With a grateful heart, SISTAR would like to repay the great love of their fans for ‘Touch My Body’ and have prepared a surprise gift! Please anticipate it on August 26!” The tweet was re-tweeted by SISTAR’s official Twitter account, spreading the good news to their fans. ...
Girl group Secret has uploaded two more individual teaser images for members Ji Eun and Hyosung ahead of the release of comeback track, “I’m in Love.” The images were posted to the group’s official Facebook page. The song will be the lead single from the group’s long-awaited new mini album, entitled, “Secret Summer.”

It”s been confirmed that Korean actor Kim Soo Hyun will sing the theme song at the opening ceremony of the 2014 Youth Olympics held in Nanjing, China.
On August 14th, Kim Soo Hyun already took part in the final rehearsal for the ceremony. He will sing alongside many other stars at the event, including Zhang Liang Ying, Zhang Jie and a female performer from Russia. Local reports said that he was offered the role because he is one of the youth’s favorite actors.
Kim Soo Hyun is a Hallyu star after so many hit dramas such as “Dream High”, “The moon embracing the sun, “My love from the star”… and has established a large fan base across Asia.
The Youth Olympics Games will officially begin on the 16th and last until Aug 28.

WINNER to debut in South Korea and Japan in August and September; more teaser pics for “GRAND LAUNCH”
Following their first debut album video teaser “2-14 S/S GRAND LAUNCH” released back on August 1st, WINNER further revealed plans of their groundbreaking debut in Korea and Japan, as well as an upcoming tour in plan.
On Wednesday, August 6th, WINNER will hold their launching show, as revealed by snippets through the aforementioned teaser. More information has yet to be released regarding the location and time of the launching show, though promotions in Korea will continue with the official online release of their debut song on Tuesday, August 12th at midnight (KST).
