A Pink’s New Song ‘Mr. Chu’ Tops Real Time Music Charts

A Pink’s title track Mr. Chu from the group′sfourth mini album took over the real-time charts as soon as it was released.

A Pink released its 4th mini album Pink Blossom on March 31 and its title track Mr. Chu was ranked number one on the real time charts of Mnet, Bugs, Olleh Music and Soribada.

On the real time chart for Bugs, A Pink’s new songs took over the first five spots, proving the public’s interest in the group’s new album.

Unlike the many girl groups who gear towards sexy concept, A Pink remained to keep its innocent and cute concept with the new album, featuring Mr. Chu with its lovely and sweet lyrics.

A Pink will begin album sales on April 1 and hold a comeback stage on KBS 2TV’s Music Bank on April 4

Girls’ Generation Releases Awesome Dance Practice Video for “Mr. Mr.”

Girls’ Generation has just released their dance practice video for their hit singe “Mr. Mr.” The song has won several trophies on music shows since its release on February 28. The catchy electropop dance song was produced by the amazing production team ‘The Underdogs‘ who have worked with famous music stars such as Justin Timberlake and Beyonce.

The lovely girls dance in sync with great precision in the dance practice video. The members are wearing casual clothes as they dance in the mirrored dance studio. The dance routine is special, since it is the first time their choreography features male dancers. However, member Jessica is seen wearing a mask. Hopefully, she is doing fine. Orange Caramel‘s Nana displays her natural and unaltered beauty for a photo shoot for skincare company DHC. The photos shows Nana looking very different from her stage look. Instead of the cute and colorful style of Orange Caramel, Nana goes for a natural and sexy look with her straight brown hair and white tank top.

The photos show why Nana was ranked second in a poll for the world’s most beautiful face. Her group Orange Caramel is a sub unit of After School.

Weekly K-Pop Music Chart 2014 – March Week 5

2NE1’s “Come Back Home” becomes our new No. 1 song this week, swapping positions with Girls’ Generation’s “Mr. Mr.”

“Come Back Home” won on M!Countdown and also ranked higher than “Mr. Mr.” on GAON, Billboard Korea, and most internet charts, enabling 2NE1 to claim the top spot over Girls’ Generation. Congratulations to 2NE1. Next week we expect these two songs to battle again for the top spot.

There are two new songs in the top 10 this week, both are from sub-units. Moving up 20 spots to No. 3 is Orange Caramel’s “Catallena.” The After School sub-unit returns to the top 10 for the first time in one and a half year. “Catallena” is an Indian style dance track inspired by a Punjabi folk song “Jutti Meri

Girls’ Generation, the 1st K-Pop to reach 15 million views with ‘Mr.Mr.’ in 2014

The music video of Girls’ Generation’s 'Mr.Mr.' has reached over 15 million views already.

Although the music video was intially delayed due to data damage and loss, SNSD still managed to be the first K-Pop artist this year to achieve that 15 million views.

SNSD had their goodbye performance on 'Music Bank' on March 28th, and will hold their last performance on 'Music Trend' on March 30th.

‘Music Bank Highlights’: CNBLUE Wins # 1 On The March 28, 2014 Episode + Performance Recap

Another week of "Music Bank" is here again that features some of your K-Pop idols.Great stage settings as well screams/fan chants were all seen as well heard last night.

Stars who made their comeback last night were Baechigi by performing, "Dduraeyo", MBLAQ with "Be a Man", Super Junior-M returned by doing the "Swing", TINT with "Wolf is Stupid", Gavy NJ asked their fans, "Is Everything Alright with You?", and male group F.Cuz had "One Love" for their return.

Your nominees for the night were SISTAR"s Soyou & JungGiGo and CNBLUE.The winner for the March 28, 2014 was CNBLUE for their single, "Can"t Stop". Congratulations!!They finally won as this week, which was also their goodbye stage performances.CNBLUE deserves this win with their amazing new single and hard work

CNBLUE’s “I’m Sorry” Is One of 2013′s Most Loved Songs in Taiwan

Idol band CNBLUE‘s “I’m Sorry” has been confirmed as the most loved Korean song in Taiwan last year.

According to an announcement made by FNC Entertainment on March 26, Taiwanese ranking show Hit FM recently revealed the top 100 favorite songs on 2013. CNBLUE confirmed their popularity by landing on the sixth spot on the list.

Out of the 100 most played tracks, 54 songs are sung in Chinese, 18 tracks are from Indonesia, and the rest are from various countries. A total of 17 Korean songs made it to the list, and CNBLUE’s “I’m Sorry” ranked the highest among them.

Hit FM 100 is an annually released Taiwanese chart that ranks the year’s hits. The lists tend to include a mix of Chinese, Korean, other Asian, and Western songs, and the songs are chosen through number of plays on the radio, the album sales, and an internet poll

Music Bank 3.28.14 CNBLUE Wins, Comeback Stages by Super Junior M, MBLAQ, F.Cuz

CNBLUE takes the win on Music Bank this week with “Can’t Stop,“ beating out the highly popular duet track “Some” by Soyu x JungGiGo.

While the song was released in February, wins music show wins have been very difficult to win with recent comebacks by Girls’ Generation and 2nE1.

Congratulations to the group! Unlike most days, a few minute of the winner encore stage was televised, so we get to see the members dance around for a while.
