Brown Eyed Girls‘ leader JeA is scheduled to bring out her solo debut after the previous postponement! On December 21st, the above teaser image was uploaded on the group’s official Twitter with the announcement that her first solo mini-album will come out on January 4th. JeA’s solo album is highly anticipated as Ga In, Narsha, and Miryo have already brought out solo albums in the past. JeA will be pre-issuing a track on December 28th, so stay tuned!  

After School, Lizzy, Andup Lizzy & Andup After School's Lizzy will be collaborating with indie artist Andup for something they like to call the 'Cupcake Project'. Lizzy tried out the neo hip-hop genre with one of the most popular underground rappers. He was actually the youngest rapper to make it to the semi-finals of the national rap battle Freestyle Day, at 15 years old. His single from his album The Speaker of Teens was also nominated for Hip-hop Playa′s Song of the Year. Producer Kim Kun Woo made the collaboration between Lizzy and Andup possible

After School′s Lizzy and Andup have added to the recently frequent idol and indie musician collaborations.With rookie underground rapper Andup, Lizzy tried out the neo-hip hop genre for their Cupcake Project.Andup is one of the most well-known rookies in the underground rap scene. He was the youngest rapper to make it to the semi-finals of Freestyle Day, a national rap battle contest, at 15 years old. His single from his album The Speaker of Teens was also nominated for Hiphop Playa′s Song of the Year, and he went on to write the rap and lyrics for all of the songs in So Ji Sub′s Corona Borealis album

After School‘s Lizzy has teamed up with rapper Andup to release “Cosmetic” for their single album ‘Cupcake Project‘. The album, which consisted of “Cosmetic” and “Cosmetic [instrumental]“, has been receiving a lot of love upon releasing. “Cosmetic” is a work of Kim Gun Woo who created many hit songs such as “I love you I love you” by Miryo and Sunny as well as “Sick Enough to Die” by MC Mong and Mellow. Brown Eyed Girls members flaunted their sexy charms on the latest broadcast of ‘SNL Korea‘. The girls successfully combined sexy with comedy. Each member had their own solo skit as well as their group ones. JeA got a ‘National Erography‘ skit in which she mentioned “Abracadabrassiere”. Narsha performed a parody of the drama ‘School 2013‘. Miryo participated in a rap battle with a grandma who cursed too much, and Ga In showed off a parody of ‘PD Files‘. The four ladies also performed a parody of Lady Gaga‘s “Poker Face“, changing it to “Plastic Face”, making fun of the society who looked down on plastic surgery

After School's Lizzy and rapper Andup have partnered up to release a new single under the "Cupcake Project" album, titled "Cosmetic."Beginning with Andup's smooth rapping, "Cosmetic" features an addictive hip-hop dance melody and Lizzy's soft and pleasant vocals. With various synths and electronic beats, "Cosmetic" is a fast-paced but relaxing track fitting for an album titled "Cupcake Project."The track was produced by Kim Gunwoo, who is noted for producing Miryo's "I Love You, I Love You" featuring Girls' Generation's Sunny, as well as Kim Jinpyo's "A Cool Way To Say Goodbye

The hosts of this week′s tvN Saturday Night Live Korea (SNL Korea), Brown Eyed Girls, are all for showing off their sexy sides.According to the producers of SNL Korea, the group was very enthusiastic ever since its first meeting with the producers, saying the items should be "more sexy" or coming up with their own ideas.Narsha and Miryo even said they had watched every episode of SNL Korea, and gave ideas for some of the other sections of the show. The Brown Eyed Girls members promised that they′ll be pulling out all the stops for their 19+ rated concert to make it a blast. The group held a press conference for its Tonight 37.2°C concert in Seoul on December 6. The concert will be the group′s first in two years.Member Jea said, "I was sad that we weren′t able to entertain our fans enough because our concerts were mostly about our vocal skills. This time, we′re ready to have a lot of fun."Miryo also said, "We had fun at other artists′ concerts for adults, and we thought we wanted to do something similar too

Brown Eyed Girls‘ first solo concert in two years is set to be held on December 24th and 25th at the Central City Millennium Hall in Seoul. Following the release of Myrio, Narsha and Ga In’s teasers, the girl group has recently brought out the final member teaser video featuring Jea.
