Actor Choi Min-soo has been cast for the new KBS 2TV drama "Knife and Flower" as the character Yeon Gaesomun. Previously having been in the role of Cheon in "Warrior Baek Dong-soo", Choi Min-soo has also been a dying father in "Happy Ending". This time, he is a manly and charismatic general in "Knife and Flower". "Knife and Flower" is a historical mellow about a woman falling in love with the man that killed her father. The main casts include Eom Tae-woong, Kim Ok-bin, Park Soo-jin and Lee Jung-shin

 Lee Jong Hyun, of the group CNBlue, recently celebrated his 22nd birthday in Hong Kong. A party was held at the Hong Kong Asia World Expo Arena during CNBlue’s solo concert, 2013 World Tour Blue Moon, on the afternoon of May 11. Lee’s actual birthdate is May 15. The birthday celebration took place during an encore performance of the song “Hey You.” Jung Yong Hwa, the group leader, started to sing “Happy Birthday To You” and about 7,000 Hong Kong fans sang along. Lee Jung-shin takes on the role of Si Woo who is the greatest swordsman in the Kokuryo. He's a charismatic character but is as romantic as can be toward Moo-yeong the daughter of King Yeong-ryu. He protects her like a shadow and only has eyes for her. He rivals with Yeon-chung (Eom Tae-woong) for Moo-yeong (Kim Ok-bin)
