tvN drama ‘High School King’ confirms its full cast lineup

The casting for upcoming tvN Mon-Tues drama "High School King" (aka "King of High School Life") has been completed!

In addition to the previously announced Seo In Guk, Lee Ha Na, and Lee Soo Hyuk, joining them will be Choi Phillip, Chun Yi Seul, Oh Kwang Rok, Han Jin Hee, Kang Ki Young, Lee Tae Hwan, and Lee Yeol Eum.


Seo In Guk will play the role of Lee Min Suk who takes over as the director of a major company in place of his hyung Lee Hyung Suk, whom he also pretends to be. Lee Ha Na will play his co-worker Jung Soo Young. Lee Soo Hyuk will also meddle in their romance, making it a classic love triangle, as the strategic management chief Yoo Jin Woo.

"High School King" is a romantic comedy which portrays the story of high school student (Seo In Guk) who enters the management of a major company and how high school students adjust to the real world

“Endless Love” Starring Hwang Jung Eum and Cha In Pyo Holds First Script Reading

The new SBS drama “Endless Love” has completed their first script reading.

A representative from the production company StoryTV announced that the “Endless Love” cast came together on April 15th for the first script reading. Hwang Jung Eum, Cha In Pyo, Ryu Soo Young, and Jung Woong In were some of the cast members who were present. Producer Lee Hyun Jik (“Warrior Baek Dong Soo,” ”Tazza“) and writer Na Yeon Sook (“East of Eden,” “Age of Ambition“) were also present.

SBS’s upcoming drama Endless Love held its first script reading session with the cast members.

On April 23, Story TV, the production company of Endless Love announced, “The first script reading took place on April 15 in Gyeonggi province, attended by Lee Hyun Jik PD, the production team members and the main cast members, including Cha In Pyo, Hwang Jung Eum, Ryu Soo Young, Jung Woong In, Jeon So Min, Choi Sung Guk, Shin Eun Jung and more.”

Lead actress Hwang Jung Eun arrived three hours prior to the script reading to practice riding a motorcycle for her upcoming drama role. She also showed tears upon reading her scripts, putting in all of her emotion into the character.

Rain Receives Offer To Star In Romance Drama “Indian Summer”


World star Rain may be making his much-awaited drama comeback soon.

Cube DC, Rain"s management agency, announced on April 21, "Rain has recently received an offer to star in Lee Hyung Min"s new drama "Indian Summer". He was offered the role because of his personal acquaintance with the director, but his appearance in the drama has not been finalized yet."

Rain had his small screen debut with the drama "Sang Doo, Let"s Go To School!", which was directed by Lee Hyung Min in 2003.

If the singer decides to accept this offer, it will be his return to drama land after four years since he headlined the drama "The Fugitive: Plan B" on KBS.

"Indian Summer" is described as a traditional melodrama that seeks to discuss healing and moving on, and it is scheduled to air in the latter half of the year
