Jung Kyung Ho, Yun Jung Hoon and Hwang Jung Eum to form a love triangle in “Endless Love”

Earlier in the week it was reported that Hwang Jung Eum and Yun Jung Hoon would co-star in the upcoming drama “Endless Love.” It was assumed by many fans that they would play characters that were in love with each other.

That”s true. But there will be a triangle in this drama and lucky Hwang Jung Eum will have two actors competing for her affection. Jung Kyung Ho”s agency Fantagio reported yesterday that he has been confirmed as a lead in the new drama.

He will play Han Kwang Chul, a man who has loved his older brother”s ex-girlfriend since they were young.

Yun Jung Hoon is still in talks with the drama”s producer but he is considering the role of the older brother who once dated but lost Hwang Jung Eum”s character.

The two brothers are very different.

Dok2 and The Quiett Confirmed as Judges for “Show Me the Money” Season 3

Rappers Dok2 and The Quiett will be joining the third season of MNet’s survival show “Show Me the Money” as producers.

A source in the music industry recently revealed to TV Report, “Dok2 and The Quiett will appear on ‘Show Me the Money 3′ as judges (producers). The two will form a team and lead the contestants starting from the first audition.”

The two musicians are influential figures in the underground scene, known for representing 1llionaire Records. In addition to Dok2 and The Quiett, other popular rappers will join the show as producers.

For two seasons, “Show Me the Money” has provided aspiring rap stars with a chance to showcase their skills in front of experienced producers and future fans. Rappers Vasco, New Champ, ULT, Giriboy, and Born Kim have already been confirmed for the upcoming third season

Hwang Jung Eum in talks to star in “Endless Love”

Actress Hwang Jung Eum is in talks to star in the new weekend drama “Endless Love.”

Her agency shared that Hwang Jung Eum has received the offer to become the female lead in the drama. If everything is ok, she will co-star with Han Ga In’s husband, actor Yeon Jung Hoon.

Set in the 1980s, the historical drama “Endless Love” will center around the love and life of the characters in that period.

“Endless Love” is written by Na Yeon Sook of “East of Eden.” It will be directed by PD Lee Hyun Jik of “Warrior Baek Dong Soo” and “The Lobbyist.”

The drama is set to premiere in April after “Angel Eyes.”


Rion Five Releases “Drawn” Today

Group Rion Five is throwing their hat onto the ring.

Five-member idol group Rion Five, consisting of members Minjae, Taewoo, Royoon, Yoosung, and Kangsan, is dreaming of a new cultural revolution.

The popularity of tvN drama "Reply 1994" is largely attributed to the cultural revolution of the 90s, the X-generation"s memories and romance, and the overflooding of hit songs that normalized 1 million album sales.

Rion Five"s digital single track "Drawn" is the product of Lim Kang Hyun, who composed Jang Yoon Jung"s many popular hits. It is a song reminiscent of the 90s music style, with a traditional dance genre and trendy lyrics.

Other tracks include medium tempo ballad "Tears are Flowing", which uses a simple riff loop and chord sequence, creating a retro mood

Hwang Jung Eum and Yeon Jung Hoon in Talks for New Period Drama, “Endless Love”

Hwang Jung Eum and Yeon Jung Hoon are currently in talks for the upcoming SBS drama, “Endless Love.” Officials at the actors’ respective agencies said to Newsen on March 24, “They’ve received proposals for the drama, and are looking them over. While they are discussing the roles, nothing has been decided yet.”

“Endless Love” will be a period drama set against the background of Korean politics and economics in the 1980′s, and will draw a love story between the two main characters.

The drama will be written by writer Na Yeon Sook (SBS “East of Eden”) and director Lee Hyun Jik (MBCWarrior Baek Dong Soo,” “Lobbyist“), and will air after the end of “Angel Eyes,” which is set to air its first episode in April, starring Gu Hye Sun and Lee Sang Yoon

Jang Hyuk and Jang Nara May Reunite for “Fated to Love You” Drama Remake

Jang Hyuk and Jang Nara may be reuniting for another drama, 12 years after starring together in SBS drama “Successful Story of a Bright Girl.”

The two are tipped to star in MBC Wednesday-Thursday drama “Fated to Love You ”(working title) this summer. Both sides are said to be positively reviewing the offer, although nothing can be confirmed just yet.

“Fated to Love You” is a remake of a 2008 Taiwanese drama of the same name. The drama achieved historically high average ratings of 10%, with peak ratings hitting 14.6%, in Taiwan. This would be equivalent to a rating of 70% in Korea. The drama will be produced by Number Three Pictures (“Arang and the Magistrate”) and directed by Lee Dong Yoon (“Queen’s Classroom,” “The Greatest Love”), and is scheduled to follow after Kim Myung Min’s “A New Leaf” in July

SM ROOKIES Reveals New Member Wendy

SM Entertainment"s star-to-be brand SM ROOKIES revealed their new face, Wendy.

Wendy is to participate in the soundtrack of Mnet drama "Mimi", singing the love theme song of Han Min Woo (played by Changmin) and Mimi (played by Moon Gayoung): "I Have to Forget You".

Wendy was cast through "SM Global Audition in Canada" in 2012, possessing a wide array of musical skills such as piano, guitar, flute, saxophone, and singing. Her fluent English is also expected to target international fans.

Wendy"s solo track "I Have to Forget You" is a remake of Lee Hyun Woo"s first album track, featuring Wendy"s soulful voice and a full orchestra.

"I Have to Forget You" was released on Melon, Genie, and other online music stores with its music video.

The full soundtrack of "Mimi" can be obtained through online music stores starting on the 17th

SM Entertainment is now introducing S.M.ROOKIES” Wendy with a photo as well as her cover of “I Have to Forget You” for her labelmate TVXQ“s Changmin“s in drama “Mimi” OST!



On the 14th an SM Entertainment rep said, “Wendy participated in the Mnet drama “Mimi” OST and sang the theme song for male lead Han Min Woo (Changmin) and Mimi (Moon Ga Young)”s love story, “I Have to Forget You”.”


“I Have to Forget You” is a ballad remake of Lee Hyun Woo“s song of the same title and Changmin has also already sung this song for the previous OST release.


Wendy was cast into SM Entertainment through the “SM Global Audition in Canada” in 2012 and was recognized for her musicality with her piano, guitar, flute, saxophone, and vocal skills

‘Mimi’ Reveals Voice of SM Rookie Wendy in OST

A new face of SM Rookies has been revealed.

On March 14, SM Entertainment stated that Wendy was casted in 2012 at the SM Global Audition in Canada. Wendy is not only able to speak English fluent, she is able to sing well and play several instruments, such as the piano, guitar, flute, and more.

She gained much attention when it became known she was the voice behind the I Must Erase You in My Sadness (tentative English title), which is the theme song of Han Min Woo (TVXQ’s Changmin) and Mimi (Mun Ka Young) in the four part Mnet drama, Mimi.

I Must Erase You in My Sadness is a remake of Lee Hyun Woo’s song from his first album. Sung with Wendy’s style, the new version carried different charm from the original song. It will be revealed on March 14 at noon (KST)

Lee Hyun-woo thanks his fans

Actor Lee Hyun-woo thanked his fans for the snack truck they presented to him.

Lee Hyun-woo's fans sent a snack truck over to where he was filming the movie "The Technicians". Lee Hyun-woo plays the role of Jong-bae and they added messages like 'Jong-bae's treat!'. The truck had hot coffee and Churros along with other snacks which they were able to eat between scenes.

Lee Hyun-woo took a picture in front of the truck with a big smile and a cute pose. He said, "I am ever so thankful to my fans who take the time and interest in me and the movie. We were all warm thanks to you and we are working hard to come up with a great movie!".

"The Technicians" is a caper movie about criminal technicians based in a port. Starring Lee Hyun-woo, Kim Woo-bin, Ko Chang-seok, Jo Yoon-hee and others, this movie aims for release at the later half of the year
