J.Y. Park to debut another girl group in 2012?

The JYP Entertainment team seems to be making big moves. With a mysterious teaser featuring J.Y.Park playing the piano and a title of JYP introducing, there were hints at the possibility of a new artist debuting in the near future.

The teaser was released on the 26th via JYPs official homepage as well as J.Y. Parks Twitter page. He wore a black suit and sat before a grand piano, playing a melodious ballad piece. On his Twitter, he also wrote, Its my first project of 2012. Whose song do you think it is?

Some circles around him are speculating that he may be creating a second generation of Wonder Girls. Like Wonder Girls and miss A, they expect his new girl group to become just as talented and established in the music industry.

And as the Wonder Girls are currently promoting in the States, the fans are eager to see a JYP girl group in Korea as well.

JYP Entertainment remarked, This is first line up being unveiled by JYP in 2012. We feel a lot of people may be surprised. We ask you to look forward to this new project, for which J.Y. Park devoted his heart and soul.

Park Yoo Chun Goes Back to “I Miss You” Set Immediately After 2012 Award Ceremonies 2012 was the year of actor Park Yoo Chun.

At the year-end award ceremonies, Park Yoo Chun received multiple trophies. He was the winner of the Actor’s Award at “2012 MBC Acting Awards,” and received another Actor’s Award, Teenagers’ Star Award, Best Couple Award, and Viewers’ Choice Award at “SBS Acting Awards.”

Counting his past awards at KBS in 2010 for “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” and at MBC in 2011 for “Miss Ripley,” this means that Park Yoo Chun has won awards from all three main broadcasting agencies.

C-JeS Entertainment announced, “Shooting of ‘I Miss You’ was delayed because Park Yoo Chun had to attend the award ceremonies. Therefore immediately after the ceremonies, he had to return to the set. Park Yoo Chun is undergoing grueling schedule, but we are currently working on the very crucial part of the drama, so he is doing his best and working nonstop.”

It was later revealed that despite extreme fatigue, Park Yoo Chun was cheerful throughout the shoot.

Park Myung Soo Wins Grand Prize at 2012 MBC Entertainment Awards Comedian Park Myung Soo went home as the big winner of the 2012 MBC Entertainment Awards by snagging the coveted Grand Prize.

The 2012 MBC Entertainment Awards were held on December 29. Park Myung Soo triumphed over other strong candidates, including Yoo Jae Suk, and won the biggest award of the night.

During his acceptance speech, he said, I wasnt going to cry but tears are forming.

Park Myung Soo worked hard in the entertainment and variety program field in MBC this year. He was part of four different programs including Infinity Challenge, I Am A Singer, Magic ConcertThis Is Magic, and Most Consecutive Wins Quiz Show.

Park Myung Soo often called himself the second-in-command next to Yoo Jae Suk. However, he has finally succeeded in winning the Grand Prize after a long time of waiting.

Other mentionable wins include ZE:As Lim Siwan for Rookie Of The Year award in the sitcom/comedy category. The Rookie Of The Year award in the show variety category was awarded to Super Juniors Kyuhyun, ZE:As Kwang Hee, Park Eun Ji and Yoon Se Ah.

Yoo Jae Suk took home the PD Award. Many celebrities won the Popular Award including Leeteuk, Kang Sora, Lee Duk Hwa, Kim Gyu Ri, Ryu Jin, Guckkasten and SISTAR.

Another highlight of the night was the interview between the two most prominent MCs of Korea, Yoo Jae Suk and Kang Ho Dong. Though it had been a while since they showed chemistry on screen, the two MCs made many viewers laugh with their witty antics and remarks.

JYJ′s Kim Jae Joong and Park Yoo Chun gave and received their awards on the same stage.

The two each won the Rookie Award and the Excellent Mini Series Actor Award at the 2012 MBC Drama Awards held on December 30.

Kim Jae Joong first won the Rookie Award for Dr. Jin, and later on went onstage again to present the Excellent Mini Series Actor Award.

"I want to draw this out. This is a person I really like," he said, then called out Park Yoo Chun′s name for I Miss You.

Park Yoo Chun said onstage, "So much happened this year, and I′m happy that I can wrap up with such a great award. I′ll work harder. Thank you."

The Grand Prize went to Jo Seung Woo, who made his drama debut with Horse Doctor.

Park Myung Soo won Daesang at the 2012 MBC Entertainment Awards held on the 29th. This is his first MBC Daesang.

His touching reflections on his 20 years as a comedian were one of the highlights of the evening. Park Myung Soo stated, I am holding in my tears right now. This is an award Ive dreamed about all my life. This year will be my 20th year working for MBC. In reality, Ive never rested for more than one week. I am proud of myself. As I work with rookie comedians, I remember who I was twenty years ago. I was given this award because Ive worked hard throughout my life. Because the world has become a better place, rookie comedians can rise up quicker than twenty years.

He continued, I wanted to tell my wife who says its her doing if I receive this award. This is not 50%, but all 100% because of my wife. I love you.

Park Myung Soo has been making waves as an MC for various MBC programs this year including Infinity Challenge, I Am A Singer 2, Magic Concert, Quiz Show Q, Fall In Comedy, and Undercover Boss Returns.
