2PM"s first #1 Oricon Chart album, Genesis of 2PM was released on the 19th.
Genesis of 2PM is 2PM"s 3rd Japanese album released on January 29th, topping the Oricon Daily Charts on the day of its release. Its popularity earned the album a top spot on the Oricon Weekly Charts as well.
Furthermore, six songs on the album have ranked #1 in Japan"s biggest ringtone download site Recochoku even before album release. The music video, filmed in Germany, was reviewed to leave a lasting impression of 2PM"s masculinity and gentleness.
This album contains a total of 13 songs, including: "Give Me Love," which gained much popularity as a soundtrack for a TBS drama; "Winter Games," which was ranked #1 in the Oricon Weekly Charts; and "Step by Step". Especially notable is Jang Wooyoung"s first Japanese song "Merry-Go-Round"
The man obsesses over small things, and the girl doesn’t know what to do when the guy acts cute. It’s as if the typical male and female roles have been reversed in the Wooyoung - Park Se Young couple on “We Got Married,” bringing a new appeal to the couple.
On the February 15 episode of MBC’s “We Got Married,” Jang Wooyoung and Park Se Young brainstormed ideas and started working on furniture for their new home.
On the episode, Wooyoung and Park Se Young were at dinner and Wooyoung wanted to know what his name was saved as on Park Se Young’s phone, so he called her. Looking at her phone lying face up on the table, he saw that he was saved as “Jang Wooyoung Yi.” (‘Yi’ is a common addition on the name of someone close, most of the time a friend or someone younger, and is usually said without the last name, i

2PM is out to charm more subtly this time instead of roaring like beasts for its upcoming comeback, as A.D.T.O.Y. (All Day I Think Of You), as well as its music video, seems to be all about slick charm.
Though the general mood is pretty calm, the one thing not subtle in this video is its beginning.
Once you click on the play button, the song just barges in out of nowhere.
There′s no warmup; it just starts up and mostly rumbles along on the same level during the four minutes and eight seconds.
The beginning scenes are also sudden and surprising, as images of each member getting very, very close to a woman flash in and out.
Enough to give any fan a heart attack.
The rest of the video is history, as the 2PM members either dance in their chairs, hold a woman in their arms or sing against a white backdrop with a mysterioous woman dancing around them
