Hong Sang-soo was interviewed by a foreign media and he spoke about Cannes and more.
Hong Sang-soo has two films in Cannes this year; “The Day After – 2017” and “Claire’s Camera”.
He explained his film to the foreign media and said, “I don’t worry about making new movies. Tomorrow will be different from today”.
He praised Isabelle Huppert who starred in “Claire’s Camera”. She was also in another one of his films in 2012. Hong said, “Isabelle is amazing. I sometimes ask her to do something, but at times, I don’t. She just engages her character so well”.
The media mentioned Hong Sang-soo and Kim Min-hee’s relationship. He said, “The Seoul paparazzi bothered us while we were filming “The Day After – 2017″, but it’s alright” and disregarded the question after that.
