Akdong Musician’s Lee Chan Hyuk Still Can’t Write Sheet Music

News via soompi.com

Akdong Musician’s Lee Chan Hyuk Still Can’t Write Sheet Music Akdong Musician‘s (AKMU‘s) Lee Chan Hyuk has composed great songs such as “200%,” “Melted,” and “Give Love,” but it was revealed that the older one of the duo still can’t write sheet music! In a recent interview, the AKMU member commented that even after debuting under YG Entertainment, he still does not know how to write music scores. Then how does he compose all these great songs?

When reminded that in the during “Kpop Star 2” he could not write music scores, Lee Chan Hyuk expressed, “I still can’t write it. Usually I compose our songs through the guitar and then I record it. I write the lyrics on my laptop. After entering our agency, it has become easier since there is someone to arrange my music. I don’t even know how to operate the music arranging machine. The person who arranges the music finds the tone and then arranges the song. When that person lets me listen to many different tunes, I say, ‘This one!’ and I am allowed the select the tunes. After constantly working that way, we end up arranging the songs.”

Despite being unable to write music scores, AKMU have been successful creating great music through the help of their agency’s staffs. We hope to hear more great music in the future!

B2ST Yang Yo Seop’s Smaller-Than-A-Cue-Sheet Face Amazes Yoo Hee Yeol

B2ST Yang Yo Seop’s infamous small face continues to surprise.

In the December 15 episode of KBS’ Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook the B2ST member appeared as a guest where he gave a performance of his first solo title song, Caffeine.

Afterwards, Yang Yo Seop sat down with MC Yoo Hee Yeol for the interview portion in which the MC, right off the bat, couldn’t help but enviously marvel at Yang Yo Seop’s small face saying, “Your face is so small I’m annoyed.”

When Yang Yo Seop replied his small face came from his parents who also have small faces, Yoo Hee Yeol jokingly responded, “What does that make my parents then? Why are you putting down my parents?” as the audience laughed on.

Yoo Hee Yeol then proceeded to put up the cue sheet he was holding in front of Yang Yo Seop’s face, which easily covered his full face. When Yoo Hee Yeol then put up the same cue sheet to his own face he immediately lowered his arm saying, “I just did something stupid”, making the audience laugh even harder.
