Lee Hwi Jae was unable to attend due to another schedule, so Jang Yoon Jung accepted the award on his behalf, as well.

She said, “I’m apologetic for having been the one to receive this award in the midst of some fantastic couples. 2013 was quite an eventful year for me. I got married to the person that I love, and we’ve been blessed with the miracle of a child, too.”

She continued, tearing up, “There were some harsh times too, and it may not be appropriate for the atmosphere here, but I’d like to apologize for all the noisy talk involving me,” referring to the legal battle with her anti-blogger and conflict with her mother.

“‘1000 Song Challenge’ is a 10-year long program. I will never forget the production crew for giving me the opportunity to be with the show for over half of that time. I will have to step down in order to have my baby, but until my last show, I will give my absolute best. Lee Hwi Jae said he was sorry for making me go alone.” She joked, “He said he wishes for his next partner to be absolutely glamorous, so it would be nice if the production team would take that into consideration.”

Suzy and Yoon Shi Yoons Emceeing Mistakes on 2013 KBS Music Festival

Suzy and Yoon Shi Yoons Emceeing Mistakes on 2013 KBS Music Festival

Suzy and Yoon Shi Yoon’s Emceeing Mistakes on “2013 KBS Music Festival”Actor Yoon Shi Yoon, miss A’s Suzy and TV personality Lee Hwi Jae were emcees at the “2013 KBS Music Festival” on December 27.

The less experienced emcees Yoon Shi Yoon and Suzy ended up making some adorable mistakes on live television.

Suzy’s slip of the tongue came while she was explaining how to vote. Forgetting her lines, she uttered to herself, “Oh, what’s that?” in informal speech, causing the audience to burst into laughter.

MC Lee Hwi Jae made a quick save, teasingly saying, “Are you imitating Lee Joo Il-seon saeng nim? What a multi-talented entertainer. Doing a ‘What’s that?’ imitation in the middle of a live broadcast.”

Suzy was briefly flustered by her mistake but she regained her composure and finished her part after Lee Hwi Jae’s quips and the laughter died down.

Yoon Shi Yoon showed his nerves when he accidentally introduced the “Super Big Match” battle as “Big Mac,” causing Lee Hwi Jae to explode with laughter.

Lee Hwi Jae set things right, saying, “Big Mac is a hamburger. It is Big Match.” It added that it was ok to make mistakes since it was a live broadcast, adding that, “You just have to apologize.” His natural talkativeness helped to relax Yoon Shi Yoon, and the actor was able to continue with his emceeing.

Girls’ Generation, SHINee, EXO, Lee Hyori, IU, Infinite, BEAST, 2PM, miss A, 4Minute, Kara, Sistar, K. Will, B1A4, A Pink, Girl’s Day, Ailee, Secret, Dynamic Duo, Heo Gak, Lee Seung Chul, Yoo Hee Yeol, and Crayon Pop graced the stage with their performances at the “2013 KBS Music Festival (KBS Gayo Daejun).

Yoon Jong Shin's Final MV "From January to June" for "Monthly Project 2013" Released

Yoon Jong Shin's Final MV "From January to June" for "Monthly Project 2013" Released

Yoon Jong Shins Final MV From January to June for Monthly Project 2013 ReleasedSinger-songwriter Yoon Jong Shin has been releasing a “repaired” song or two every month as part of his monthly Repair Series, including “The Day Long Ago” in December with Lee Juck and “You Are Still Awesome” in November with Rumble Fish’s Kim Yoon Ah. His monthly releases have culminated in “Monthly Project 2013 Yoon Jong Shin,” a 2-CD album consisting of songs that he has participated in over the years.

His last release for 2013 is the title song of the album, “From January to June,” originally released in 2011. Yoon Jong Shin had featured as a guest vocalist for musical duo 015B. The sad love ballad has aged very nicely, and Yoon Jong Shin’s gentle vocals age add a nostalgic touch to the song.

Some of the songs on his Monthly Project 2013 may be widely known, but lack a certain completeness on further listening, while other songs are of good quality but less well known. Yoon Jong Shin has “repaired” and reworked each of these songs, re-recording them according to their new arrangements.

This year’s “Monthly Project 2013” series features guest artists Sung Shi Kyung, Kim Yeon Woo, Kim Bum Soo, Yangpa, Kingston Rudieska, J Rabbit, Park Ji Yoon, A.T, Sweet Sorrow, Kim Yoon Ah and Lee Juck.

Yoon Jong Shin has been refining his life’s work, steadily releasing tracks that soothe one’s ears. He plans to continue the monthly series next year as well.

“Monthly Project 2013” was released on December 20.

Check out Yoon Jong Shins music video for From January to June below:
