As weve already talked about it, Super Junior were nominated in the Artist Saga cathegory at the MTV Italy Awards 2013.
Elfs, but also Kpop fans, with their votes could defeat the Italians Marco Carta and Laura Pausini, respectively on the first and second round.
The third turn showed Super Junior against an other Italian singer, Marco Mengoni, whose Esercito (his fans) was too strong and managed to bring him to the final against Alessandra Amoroso (who was in challenge against One Direction).
So, on 15th June at 8 p.m., Super Junior officially lost against Mengoni and ended their race to victory.
Many fans have been complaining for the last round of votes, since some pictures of Marco Mengonis fans givin him 650 votes, were shared in twitter and facebook. Theyve asked MTV a solution, but it replied that everything was under control and the voting process was normal for everyone.
They were also fighting in the Social Tracker section, which was calculating all the comments about them and other artists thanks to the trends #ItalianMTVAwards and #superjunior (in their case).
Unfortunately also for this cathegory someone has discovered some problems. A fan noticed that the number of votes for Super Junior and other artists were getting higher even if there were many people who were trending. Absurdly, Rihannas rate , in this case, was getting higher and higher as shown in this video, which appeared on June 14th on Youtube:
There are no comments about this video by MTV, so its not sure if the complaints are valid or not nor if the situation is true.
