G-Dragon has opened up about feeling alone and not having any gals when taking part in the show called “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook”
During an interview on KBS 2TV’s live music and talk show “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook,” G-Dragon candidly opens up about when he feels most like the “Loser” described in BIGBANG’s recent single.
G-Dragon says, “You may think that I’d have a lot of friends, but I don’t have any. There are days when I don’t get a single phone call. When I’m lonely and sad, I feel empty.”
T.O.P chimes in, “When I’m no longer in [front of the camera] or come off the stage after a performance, I feel very empty.”
Daesung jokes, “The thing I don’t understand most is people who carry around a second phone battery. My phone battery juice has never fallen under 95 percent.”
Meanwhile, this episode of “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook” featuring BIGBANG airs June 5 at 11:35 p.m., KST.

On June 2, Big Bang participated in the recording of KBS′ Yoo Hee Yeol′s Sketchbook.
When MC Yoo Hee Yeol asked about a time the members felt like a loser just like the title of their song, G-Dragon replied, "It seems like I would be surrounded by friends, but I don′t really have any. Sometimes I don′t even get a single phone call in a day. I feel empty when I get lonely."
T.O.P answered with honesty, "It really feels empty when I get off the stage or when the camera shuts off. I feel like a real loser."
Daesung said, "The type of person I don′t understand the most is someone who carries a charging device for his phone. My phone battery has never been below 95 percent."
During the show, Big Bang revealed that Seungri′s solo album was composed by Seunngri himself and that it was produced in just two weeks. They spoke highly of Seungri′s passion and said Seungri is known as YG′s Beethoven. Seungri continued, "I wanted G-Dragon to compose a song for me but he′s always traveling the world going only to fashion shows," making G-Dragon burst out laughing.
Meanwhile, Big Bang′s episode on Yoo Hee Yeol′s Sketchbook will air on June 5.
G-Dragon, Psy, Suzy, Seo Taiji, and more to possibly appear on Christmas edition of "Yoo Hee Yeol"s Sketchbook"
On November 21 airing of "Yoo Hee Yeol"s Sketchbook," MC Yoo Hee Yeol hinted at the line up of artists who could possibly appear on the Christmas special episode of the show.
Yoo Hee Yeol joked while mentioning the upcoming special, stating "Christmas is approaching. The producers are already thinking a lot about how to achieve a show below the expectations of our audiences. I hear that musicians are already getting ready to avoid us to avoid being one of the guests. The names I call out right now, beware."
He then called out Seo Taiji, Psy, Suzy, G-Dragon, Sung Si Kyung, Lee Juk, and Dynamic Duo, hinting that they were on the list of the guests the show is planning to recruit for the special.
Yoo Hee Yeol also added on lightheartedly, "I really wish that Dynamic Duo would come out. Especially Choiza."

On the June 27th anniversary special, Yoo Hee Yeol was surprised by video messages from his previous guests on the show who shared their wish for "Yoo Hee Yeol"s Sketchbook" to go on for a long time. Yoon Do Hyun also shared his hope that it lasts longer than "Yoon Do Hyun"s Love Letter".
IU said, "Hello, it"s IU. It"s already "Sketchbook"s 5th anniversary. Congratulations. Thank you, uncle Hee Yeol. Uncle Hee Yeol"s hawk eyes made who I am today. I hope that when I turn the age that uncle Hee Yeol is now, "Sketchbook" will still be on air then. I ask that you will treat me fondly then uncle. When I turn 40, you"ll be... I hope that you stay healthy until then," bringing laughs.

'Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook' Sketchpad: Zion T. Speaks About His Respect for G-Dragon in October 4th Episode

Zion.T admit that he became a bigger fan of Big Bang's G-Dragon after seeing his talent when they collaborated with each other.
Last October 4th,'Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook'MC Yoo Hee Yeol asked Zion. T on what he felt after collaborating with G-Dragon's 'I Love It' album, "I heard you featured in G-Dragon's new album. How did you end up working with him?" Zion.T simply responded, "I'm such a fan of G-Dragon that I was in awe when he asked me to work with him." Zion didn't even have to think about it because working with G-Dragon is such an honor for him.
He also shared that G-Dragon did all the arrangement and melodies when he was featured in G-Dragon's work , "For the songs that I feature in, I always make the melody myself." Yoo Hee Yeol explained what Zion.T means by saying "Most of the time, they only give the instrumental accompaniment and they only give the track and beat like how we downloaded the 'Control' beat. But he adds the melody to it in the style of an ad-lib." For all who didn't know, Yoo Hee Yeol has a degree in Music and his specialization is music composition.
Zion.T continued by saying, "For the first time, G-Dragon hyung," Yoo Hee Yeol didn't mean to interrupt but he was surprise of what Zion. T called G-Dragon and he asked, "Wait, G-Dragon is your hyung?" Zion.T revealed their age gap saying, "He is one year older than I am... So for the first time, I sang along to a melody that someone else made. What I realized is that he is such a veteran and his speed is different. I became even more of a fan of him." When Zion.T asked about his last statement just to connect with the audiences which couldn't relate to the said topic, He just simply replied "He is really a skilled and talented person."

For all you G-Dragon fans eager to see him back on the small screen, good news because it appears that your first opportunity to see your favorite star on TV might be this Thursday, September 5, when he makes his first TV comeback appearance on KBSs Yoo Hee Yeols Sketchbook.
On September 3, YG Entertainment revealed that G-Dragon will be participating in the recording of Sketchbook taking place on the same day. G-Dragon has already been previously confirmed to be staring in a future episode of Running Man and Infinity Challenge as well, but Yoo Hee Yeols Sketchbook will be the first show that will air an episode featuring the artist.
G-Dragon released the first part of his hotly anticipated second Solo album on September 2, where it instantly shot up to the top of every music sale chart, with the top 5 songs in most charts being taken up by one of the songs from the new album. The album is also at the top of the iTunes music charts in 8 countries with his title song Black making its way up the charts at a rapid pace.
In terms of music show appearances, G-Dragon will make his music show return on September 8 on SBSs Inkigayo.
G-Dragon will kick off the promotion of his new album by appearing on You Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook, which airs on KBS 2TV. On September 3, his agency announced, “His appearance on Sketchbook is being recorded today. This follows his appearance on Running Man on September 2 and is part of his efforts to push ahead with the promotion of his second studio album.”
The new album, which comes four years after the first one, was released yesterday, and immediately five of his new songs conquered all the online charts in Korea by being ranked first to fifth, which proves his great popularity.
His album has already reached the top of the iTunes Chart in eight countries and the rank of the two lead songs, “Who The Hell Are You?” and “Black,” has skyrocketed on various singles charts. The star will also perform on SBS’s Ingigayo on September 8.
G-Dragon will appear on this week's 'Yu Hee-yeol's Sketchbook' to perform songs from his latest album COUP D'ETAT The day after releasing the first part of his second solo album, COUP D'ETAT,G-Dragon is heading into the studio to film for the acclaimed music program Yu Hee-yeol's Sketchbook.
According to a press release from G-Dragon's agency, YG Entertainment, the Big Bang leader will make his television comeback through the KBS music show.
G-Dragon will be in the studio to film the episode on Tuesday, September 3 and the show will air Friday night at 12:30am KST.
It will be the first televised performance of songs from G-Dragon's latest album and will also mark his first appearance on the program in a year since the release of his EP One of a Kind.
G-Dragon's appearance also comes a week after his label-mates, iconic girl group 2NE1 were guests on the music program.
Yu Hee-yeol's Sketchbook is part performance show, part talk show and is hosted by Yu Hee-yeol who is also known as Toy, a one-man project band.Each week, the program features three or four musicians who perform a handful of songs and then sit down for a brief interview.
FollowingYu Hee-yeol's Sketchbook, G-Dragon is set to perform next on this Sunday's episode of Inkigayo.
Instead of appearing on weekly music program, Big Bangs G-Dragon will be making his first comeback performance on KBS Yoo Hee Yeols Sketchbook.
According to YG Entertainment on September 3, G-Dragon will be holding his comeback stage on Yoo Hee Yeols Sketchbook. He is set to join the taping for the show later today, a day after he released his second full-length Coup dEtat.
This also marks G-Dragons first appearance on the midnight music show a year after he heated up the stage with his first mini-album One of a Kind. This episode will air on September 6th at 12:30 AM KST.
