How can you do this to me? How can you open this can of worms? Wretched I am, I deeply apologize. In today's face-off we have two of the biggest male groups going head to head. Who's the more talented group? Who has the best looking members? Who produces better music? Is one more popular than the other? You choose in today's K-pop face-off!
MBLAQ, Music Boys Live in Absolute Quality, was created by solo superstar Rain and consists of members Seungho, G.O., Lee Joon, Thunder, and Mir. The group debuted in October of 2009, the exact same time that B2ST also debuted, with their single "Oh Yeah." The group hasn't reached the pinnacle of their success just yet and have had a difficult time proving their worth in the industry. Nonetheless, in 2010, they won the Newcomer Award at the 2010 Bugs Music Awards, the Disk Bonsang at the 26th Golden Disk Awards in 2011, and the Best Korean Artist Award at the 2012 Asia Song Festival in 2012

There's something about pictures and Koreans that go hand in hand like peanut butter and jelly. In Korean culture, the act of taking pictures of yourself is called "selca." Selcas have taken our generation by storm and nobody, and I mean nobody is safe from its self-absorbed wrath! In simple terms, a selca is just when a person takes a photo of themselves from certain angles. The expressions can very from extremely adorable to I'm-too-sexy-for-my-shirt to look-at-me-I'm-prettier-than-you. Every one who thinks they are attractive takes a selca in Korea and some have even become famous through this act of photo-taking cockiness. But let's take a look at some of our favorite celebrity selcas and who wins for taking the cutest one!

SBS E!’s ‘K-STAR news‘ is covering an intriguing subject on their segment called, ‘Big Match Idol Ranking‘, for their April 4th broadcast.
This week’s ‘Big Match Idol Ranking’ will look into places idols are forbidden to go and idol member secrets including the reason why Super Junior‘s Shindong and 2AM‘s Seulong are not allowed to go near IU.
They will also be featuring Lee Joon of MBLAQ, who has incredible abs, but has neglected his “$1 million body” as well as SHINee member Jonghyun’s physique and a comment about it made by singer Baek Ji Young
Known for his chiseled upper body, MBLAQ‘s Lee Joon made a surprise appearance on KBS 2TV’s ‘Qualifications of Men‘, in order to encourage the members who were on a mission to create a six pack.
In this episode, Lee Joon revealed a past photo and lifted up his shirt to show his current body. Furthermore he explained that he made his abs five years ago and didn’t have to go on a diet because he was already so thin.
He replied, “With my skinny body I didn’t diet, I just worked out a lot. Before working out I was 61kg (roughly 134lbs), but after exercising I went up to 72kgs (roughly 159lbs)”.
He bragged, “A while ago I use to be called ‘narrow shoulders’ because my shoulders were so small, but now I’m not called that anymore”
