Lee Min Woo Says Shinhwa Thought About Having a Joint Wedding

Lee Min Woo, a member of the long-running idol group Shinhwa, revealed he and his group members thought about having a joint wedding.

On March 16, Lee Min Woo appeared as a guest on SBS’ variety program, “1000 Songs Challenge” and said, “The six members of Shinhwa thought about what it would be like to have a joint wedding.”

He added, “Many people ask me about marriage. All of the members of Shinhwa are in our thirties. I am 36 this year. I want to get married soon.”

It was revealed on the show that the average age of the members of Shinhwa is 35.5 years.

“1000 Songs Challenge” airs every Sunday at 8:10 AM KST on SBS.

Hoping to continue his team’s success from last year, Shinhwa’s Lee Min Woo will be joining Mnet’s Dancing 9 for another season as a master.

It was recently revealed that Lee Min Woo will serve as the master of Red Wings on Dancing 9 for another season. Also joining him will be Woo Hyun Young, jazz dance master, and Park Ji Woo, dance sports master, who served on the panel in 2013.

The new addition to the Red Wings’ masters team will be Ha Hui Dong, who became the MVP in season one with his excellent performances and leadership on the program.

With the return of previous masters and the introduction of a new one, viewers are already looking out for the next best dancer. The masters for Blue Eye have not been revealed yet.

The second season of Dancing 9 will begin in June

Shinhwa’s Lee Min Woo, SHINee’s Onew, and More Confirmed for ‘The Laws of the Jungle’ Brazil

After much contemplation, Shinhwa’s Lee Min Woo and SHINee’s Onew will be joining the other cast members for the Brazil edition of SBS’ The Laws of the Jungle.

The new cast for the show was confirmed on March 4 through SBS affiliates. Lee Min Woo, Onew, Ye Ji Won, Bong Tae Gyu, Oh Jong Hyuk, and announcer Bae Sung Jae will be joining Kim Byung Man in Brazil. This will be Lee Min Woo and Bae Sung Jae’s first time on the show, while the rest have appeared in the Micronesia and Borneo episodes.

The team will leave for Brazil sometime in the second week of March.

Shinhwa are famous for being the longest running idol group that has never disbanded, and also for one-of-a-kind relationship they have between the members.

On the 1st of March, Lee Minwoo openly made fun of Shinhwa members Kim Dongwan and Eric Mun, on SBS Power FM’s radio 2 O’Clock Cultwo Radio Show.

DJ Jeong Chanwoo revealed that he had once heard Lee Minwoo confess that he wanted to get married and appear on MBC’s “Dad! Where Are We Going?” with his future son or daughter. However Lee Minwoo commented that since he has not married yet, right now it’s impossible, but later, he would like to get married at around the same time as the other members of Shinhwa and have their children on the stage with them at a Shinhwa concert one day.

In the broadcast of MBC's "Radio Stars" on February 26th, Lee Min Woo made a guest appearance along with Hong Ji Gyeong, Park Hwi Sun, Yoon Hyung Bin and Gain.

The MC asked Min Woo what have Shinhwa members been doing these days, to this he answered,"We're all having our good times".

He then added,"Eric is having a hobby of collecting knives these days. Dongwan recently had a long trip to Canada". Shinhwa’s Lee Min Woo Considers Joining ‘Laws of the Jungle’ for Brazil

With Brazil as the destination, Shinhwa’s Lee Min Woo is currently debating whether to join SBS’ The Laws of the Jungle.

On February 24, Lee Min Woo’s agency staff spoke with Newsen saying, “Lee Min Woo is current considering appearing in the Brazil episode of The Laws of the Jungle after being asked. In the case he does join, he’ll have to depart in March, but with the Shinhwa concert taking place in March, there would be a lot of things to fix and move around.”

“Even if he does join, there might be a possibility that he’ll be able to pull of all the schedules. Nothing is confirmed yet,” said the agency. If Lee Min Woo does participate, he will be the first Shinhwa member to join The Laws of the Jungle
