KARA”s Seungyeon will be starring in a one-act drama for MBC“s 2014 “Drama Festival“, which features work by upcoming directors and writers.

On October 25, a rep from MBC shared that Seungyeon will be acting in the one-act drama “Guitar and Hot Pants“. The KARA member is currently playing the part of Ga Eul in the drama “Jang Bori is Here“, and it looks like she”s made some good impressions. 

Seungyeon is said to have already wrapped up reading the script for the upcoming short drama and will go into filming next week. She”s set to play the part of a member of a popular girl group. ...

EXO-K have been appointed as the ambassadors of C-Festival. The ceremony took place at Samseong-dong Trade Tower in Seoul on October 21.

Following the tragedic incident at Pangyo Techno Vallet Festival which occured on October 16th, today it was reported that one of the organizers of the event have committed suicide.

According to the police on October 18th, one of the organizers named Mr.Oh(37) was found lying on the street next to a building in Bundang, Pangyo Techno Valley at 7:15am kst. The act was revealed to have happened when he went home for about 1 hour and 20 minutes after receiving investigation from the police yesterday....

Although Epik High”s MV for pre-release track “Born Hater” was supposed to be out today, YG Entertainment has decided to delay this out of respect for the victims of the “Pangyo Techno Valley” incident after a ventilation gate collapsed under spectators.

The group wrote via SNS: “In light of the recent incident at the Techno Valley concert venue in Pangyo on 10/17, YG ENTERTAINMENT will be postponing the release of Epik High”s music video for “BORN HATER” originally scheduled for 10/18 at midnight, to show its sincerest condolences to all those effected. We will be announcing the release of the video as it becomes determined [sic].” ...

Indeed a fresh and shocking news has arrived wherein reports are stating that fans are found dead during 4-minute”s performance at this afternoon”s Pankyo Techno Valley Culture Festival in Sungnam.

A developing report from THE FACT confirms that a ventilation window collapsed during 4-minute”s performance which caused more than  20 audience to fall down at the height of 10 meters (3 stories).

Police and rescue workers have arrived at the scene and confirmed that 15 people have died while 11 others are injured. According to reports, the window collapsed to the weight of the fans climbing up to watch 4-minute”s performance....
