According to traditional Korean geomancy, a site surrounded by three mountains and two streams is believed to be auspicious.
The special administrative city of Sejong, located in the northeastern part of South Chungcheong, gets that formula just right. Mount Wonsu, Mount Jeonwol and Mount Goehwa stand behind it, like a scenic folding screen, while Miho Stream and the Geum River flow in front of it.
Historically speaking, this isn't the first time that Sejong was chosen as a capital city. There is a record that King Taejo, the first king of the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910), when he was looking for a new capital, first chose a site 30 kilometers (19 miles) from the newly created government complex in Sejong (of course, in the end he chose Seoul)

Last month the Fair Trade Commission issued a sanction against SM Entertainment and the Korean Federation of Pop Culture and Art Industry (KFPCAI) for interfering with pop trio JYJ's promotional activities.
Since the three former members of TVXQ split from the label, they have had some difficulties promoting themselves freely in South Korea. Many suspected SM Entertainment was behind it all, applying pressure to the music distributers and broadcasters.
After looking into the matter for quite some time, the FTC ruled that both SM and the KFPCAI have been actively interfering with JYJ's activities and ordered them both to stop doing so immediately.
With the matter finally settled, it was assumed that the JYJ members would be free to make TV appearances and promote as normal on music shows and variety programs
Like I warned in my first recap of this show back in early May, you have to be a certain kind of television watcher to watch a Korean family drama. Family dramas target a different kind of demographic — housewives, grandparents, people with lots of time on their hands — and they generally can deal with some conservative family issues.
But even so, “You’re the Best, Lee Soon-shin” can be an epic drag, even within the weekend drama category. Very little happens without going around in circles, without its characters taking steps forward only to take earth-sized leaps back. And then … rinse and repeat five hundred more hours.
