Jay Park’s first fan club has been formed.
Park’s first official fan club, Jay Effect, held its inauguration ceremony on November 4 at Sangmyung Art Center under the title of Welcome to JP World. Park met around 3,000 fans at the ceremony.
As the ceremony started, Park appeared on the stage and performed “Know Your Name” and “Up&Down.” After that, host Kim Ki Soo appeared and had a talk time with Park.
Solving quizzes, Park proved how much he loves his fans. He got the right answers for most of the questions about his fans and showed affection for them.
Park’s fans also asked Park some questions that haven’t been asked before. To the question, “Whose face would you like to have if you can be born again?” Park said, “I want to be born again as David Beckham
Jay Park recently held an inauguration ceremony and fan meeting Welcome to JP World on November 4 at Seoul’s Sangmyung Art Center where his fan club, ‘Jay Effect’ went official and where the singer met with some 3,000 of some of his biggest fans.
A vivid and lively opening video led to Jay Park appearing on stage where he kicked things off by performing Know Your Name and Up&Down.
The fan meeting was officiated by comedian Kim Ki Soo as MC who shared how the two became friends and participated in a variety of activities including an ‘O’ and ‘X’ quiz game.
In the ‘Ask JP’ corner, one fan asked Jay Park, ‘If you could be born again, whose face would you want?’ to which Jay Park replied, “David Beckham
Soon to be promoted in Malaysia, Jay Park’s repackaged album “New Breed Red Edition” will include a CD and a DVD with highlights and footage of his “DiGi Kpop Live Jay Park Showcase” from May. The CD features his fifteen original tracks as well as six more for fans to enjoy. These bonus tracks include an acoustic version of “Know Your Name,” English versions of “Girlfriend,” “I Love You,” “Know Your Name,” “Body2Body,” and a brand new English song called “Carefree.”
In addition, the superstar tweeted a picture that will be the Red Edition’s album cover, thanking fellow Art of Movement crewmember Hep for the design. He excitedly stated that “NEW BREED RED EDITION, COMING OUT REAALLLL SOON ~! thanks @hep_aom for the dope album cover ~!!!!!!! #TEAMAOM”

Jay Park brought the club down with his ultimate SWAG during his New Breed Showcase in Singapore. The venue was packed with more than a thousand Jwalkerz singing along to Jay’s music videos prior to his appearance on stage. He started off with ‘Nothin On You’, his own remake with a korean touch.
“Beautiful girls, all over the world” croons Jay Park, pointing to the fangirls in the crowd. He went on to perform songs from his latest album New Breed; ‘I Got Your Back’, ‘Up and Down’, ‘Star’, ‘Girlfriend’ and ‘Know Your Name’. The atmosphere was crazy, with fans chanting along and screaming for more. Jay Park’s powerful stage presence, sleek moves and rapping deserves an A+!
In the midst of the power-packed performances, 5 fans were prepping themselves for a once-in-a-lifetime debut stage with Jay! These 5 lucky contenders from a Facebook contest, surprised everyone with their very own New Breed half-painted faces
The Star Awards 2012 ceremony was held at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore on April 29th.
As a special guest for the event, Jay Park was invited to put on a special performance for the 6,000 fans in attendance. He performed three songs in total including “Nothing on You“, “Know Your Name” & “Girlfriend“. During the performance of “Girlfriend”, Jay Park serenaded famous Singaporean actress Jeanette Aw and even held her hand.

Singer Jay Park has decided to temporarily step down from ‘Immortal Song 2‘.
Jay who claimed a victory on the Lee Eun Ha special of ‘Immortal Song 2′ on April 7th has decided to take a break from the show.
After the conclusion of his final recording, Jay attended a company dinner with his fellow peers on the show as well as the staff members, and it was reported that Jay paid for the bill himself.
Jay has wrapped up his activities for “Know Your Name” and is planning his new promotions throughout Asia. He also garnered attention for lending his voice to sing the OST for SBS‘ ‘Rooftop Prince‘.

Singer Jay Park guest-featured on the March 15th airing of SBS E! ‘Cult Two Show‘ and caught up with MCs Jung Chan Woo & Kim Tae Kyun.
Jay who featured on the radio program with fellow artists John Park and SPICA put on a live performance of “Know Your Name“, teasing fans with a brief sexy dance at the end.
The singer also displayed his English skills with John Park, put on his best impersonation of Arnold Schwarzenegger, and responded to the many male listeners who admitted to being big fans of his.
Towards the end of the show, Jay displayed some more of his dance moves that fans so eagerly wanted to see.

Singer Jay Park‘s B-boy team AOM (Art of Movement) will be performing on stage with him on jTBC‘s ‘Music On Top‘!
In addition to performing his title song “Know Your Name” from his first full-length album, Jay has also prepared a special minute-long ‘B-boy’ performance.
Expectations are high for this stage, as AOM is a team with which Jay worked with since before his debut, and this is AOM’s very first music program performance.
AOM & Jay Park also completed a successful stage collaboration at Jay’s first independent concert back on March 3rd, earning the high praise of the audience members.
“We don’t feel too intimidated, as we will be performing with Jay as we always have,” AOM said, displaying their confidence
