According to an October 22 announcement by his agency, Key East Entertainment, Kim Hyunjoong drew 20,000 Japanese fans to his solo concerts held in Chiba, Japan, on October 20 and 21, titled Kim Hyunjoong Premium Live Tonight. At the concert on the 20th, actor Bae Yongjoon attended, receiving an explosive welcome from the fans.
The artist performed “Unbreakable” and “Gentleman,” from his third EP, Round 3, and such other hit songs as “Break Down, “Lucky Guy,” “Heat,” and “Your Story.” Midway through the performance, he said “I want fans watching far from the stage to be able to hear my voice.”
Kim invited a fan whose birthday it was to come up on stage, and he sang for the fan as a birthday present and congratulated the crowd that had gathered there. Wrapping up the performance, the artist showed his gratitude by saying, “I really thank all the fans for coming to see my performance in spite of the heavy rainfall

The star-studded Seoul International Drama Awards took placeyesterday and several kdrama actors were honored for their work at theNational Theater of Korea.
Emcees for the event were Suzy Bae, who also won Best Actress Awardfor her role in "Gu Family Book," and her co-star in that drama, LeeSung Jae.
Actresses Park Ha Sun and Kim So Hyun, singer No Min Woo, a.k.a.Icon, Japanese actress Fuji Mina, and 2PM's Junho were among thecelebrities who attended the event. Kara, B.A.P. and 4Minute were amongthe performers.
Actor and JYJ singer Kim Jae Joong accepted an award for the song"Living Like A Dream," which he contributed to the "Dr. Jin" soundtrack.

On the day of its release, June 5, Tonight sold 101,818 copies, making Kim Hyun Joong the foreign artist with the biggest sales on the Oricon that day.
It is the singer′s second album to sell over 100,000 copies on its first day after Heat, which was released on July 2012.
Tonight has been chasing SMAP′s 50th album on the Oricon Daily Chart, staying right behind it at no. 2.
Kim Hyun Joong has continued to promote in Japan, holding a tour in the country from January to March and attending other premium events for his fans.
He has been emerging as a strong player on the Japanese charts, as he landed in the country with Kiss Kiss/Lucky Guy by breaking the record for most sales on the first day as a foreign artist since the Oricon started releasing daily charts
Kim Hyun Joong‘s fans from all over Asia gifted the staff members from his variety reality show, ‘Barefoot Friends‘!
The official Twitter account of SBS‘ posted the above photo and wrote, “Kim Hyun Joong’s fanclubs from 6 different countries gifted a surprise present to the staff o #BarefootFriends~ >_< The fans’ love was sent to the staff who were filming in Indonesia. Thanks to you, we felt strong~^^*”
Fanclubs from Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, China, and Thailand had gifted the staff members with sunblock and moisturizer while they were filming in the scorching heat of Indonesia. Kim Hyun Joong will be releasing his third Japanese single.
The single album will have 3 songs and come in 5 different versions with various jacket photos featuring different concepts. The 5 different version includes 3 different limited editions that will include a DVD with the music video to 3 new songs, a supplement version that contains photocards, and a normal version.
He has released “Break Down“, “HEAT“, and ‘UNLIMITED‘ in Japan before, trying out the genres of dance, rock, and ballad. It’s been reported that he will be trying out another genre for this new single album that will be released on June 5.

Kim Hyun-joong announced plans to release his third EP in Japan on June 5. A total of three songs will be included. He also said he will have multiple versions of the album with different covers, a DVD or a photo book.
He released two EPs there and one regular album last year.
His second EP "Heat" was released in July and landed the top spot on Orion's daily and weekly charts as well as the No. 3 place on the monthly chart.
His first regular album "Unlimited", released in December, also hit No. 1 on Oricon's daily chart.
After his previous successful run in Japan, market watchers there are waiting to see what type of music Kim is going to bring next.
While he prepares for the new album, he will also star as a regular member in SBS reality show "Barefoot Friends"
Hallyu star Kim Hyunjoong held his "2013 Unlimited" concert at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo, Japan on March 3rd.
As part of the tour that began in Kobe on January 6th, Kim performed a different version of his second single "HEAT" along with other fan favorites with his own band.
More than 10 thousand fans gathered, revalidating Kim's popularity in Japan.

About 1,600 fans attended the concert to see their favorite artists on stage. They cheered heatedly for every artist that performed on stage for the event that was held to commemorate the 50th year of Korean immigration into Brazil.
Kim Hyun Joong was especially met with intense welcome. He visited not only Brazil but also Peru so he could meet his South American fans for the first time, and he was met with a huge crowd in both Brazil and in Peru.

Hallyu star Kim Hyun-joong kick starts the new year with "Japan Tour 2013 Unlimited."
This will be his second tour in Japan.
Starting with Kobe on January 6th, Kim continued his tour in the Saitama Super Arena on the 9th.
Hyun-joong teamed up with his band to perform newly arranged versions of his second single "Heat" among many other hit songs.
During the Saitama concert, he performed the hit song "Because I'm Stupid" from his wildly popular Boys Over Flowers OST.
It was a surprise performance, held in response to a request by a fan during a fan meeting held the day before the performance.
For encore, he performed "Lucky Guy" on a moving stage.
Kim said that he was glad to be able to get closer to his fans seated far from the stage.
