LA Weekly came out with a list of their top 10 hottest men of Kpop, and if you are as familiar with Kpop as I am, then you would know how these lists are a big deal to South Korean media.
You can check out the full details of the ranks on their blog, and for a preview, why don't I share with you some of the candidates for number one.
Se7en made the list as number 10. I suppose with the image he put forth during his US debut, America and international audiences got to enjoy his ripped body and "moves" and I supposed he has many appealing points to the female demographic. SHINee fans will be proud to recognize Choi Minho as number 9 on the list. This is understandable to everyone including Choi considering that he was a model before his idol life

I think I can speak for most ladies when I say that while looks are obviously important, a guy with charm and humor far exceeds someone who looks like a god but has a personality of a rock. The fun thing about K-pop are all the variety shows we get to see our favorite stars on and through those shows we get a chance to see an idol's true personality and some of our favorites are just down right hilarious. Here is a list of the funniest and most charming idols:
You may know Haha as a comedian, but did you know he was a rapper too? He may not be an idol necessarily but he's in the business and he is the quintessential not-too-great-looking-but-so-incredibly-charming-and-funny personality. He's that guy who asks you out, you reject him, but he keeps coming around with a smile and you can't help but fall for his cheesy smile, corny one-liners, and aggressive conversations
A growing number of Koreans are opting to have just one meal a day, chiefly to slim down and get fit.
Ga-in of the manufactured band Brown Eyed Girls told an interviewer she ate only a meal a day for a week before appearing on rapper Psy's "Gentleman" music video. "I didn't lose a huge amount of weight", she said, but added she "psychologically reassured".
The simple diet plan attracted an inordinate amount of attention, but does eating just one meal a day really do the trick?
Experts say weight may go down, but that could simply result in a haggard-looking face, which is why many people then have to resort to fillers to make up for their weight loss.
Gain, Sohee, Park Bo Young, Han Hyo Joo, Psy
When news was released that Psy had chosen Brown Eyed Girl Gain for his "Gentleman" music video there was a lot of talk about the choice. According to the singer, she was chosen for her "Asian face."
"Oppa said that he wanted someone with an Asian face that didn't have double eyelids," Gain told Yonhap News in an interview earlier this month.
According to Psy, the uniquely Asian look is attractive to westerners and has a lot of appeal worldwide.
Stereotypes aside, it is true that Gain in one of the hottest Korean celebrities, brimming with confidence and sex appeal, and that is what made her ideal for the "Gentleman" video.
But the Brown Eyed Girl is not the only celebrity now making headlines for having the perfect "Asian face
Ga In revealed that she went on a special diet for the “Gentleman” music video.
In a recent interview, she said, “I was contacted only 1 week before the MV filming. I had to wear something revealing, but since it was such a short time to diet, I only ate 1 meal a day.” She added, “I didn’t get much effect from the diet, but it made me feel better.”
It was definitely good that Ga In prepared in any way because the “Gentleman” MV already has 100 million views.
Psy will be holding his highly anticipated ‘HAPPENING‘ concert on April 13th, and he’s now revealed the dress code for the event!
Psy tweeted, “Let’s blaze with white fire at the stadium!!! 0413,” and unveiled two posters for the concert. He did what he does best by lightening up the mood with his hilarious parodies of celebrities in white outfits.

Most bands wouldn't dream of forgoing a show for the president-elect, but Ulala Session did just that as it mourns the loss of its vocalist Lim Yoon-taek.
Ulala Company's representative announced yesterday that the group decided to "politely decline" the opportunity, slated for Monday, given the fact Lim died just a week ago.
"The group members are still grieving, and they didn't want to bring the mood down at the inauguration", said the company spokesperson.
Meanwhile, other acts to surely perform as Park Geun-hye is sworn in at the National Assembly in Yeouido, western Seoul, are JYJ, Jang Yoon-jung and Psy.
Lim died Feb. 11 after his public battle with stomach cancer.
His illness became common knowledge with his admission on the singing-survival show "Super Star K", which Ulala Session won two years ago
Psy hit the stage of New Year’s Rockin Eve, hosted by Ryan Seacrest, on December 31 where the singer gave another rousing performance of Gangnam Style.
The singer didn’t do it alone for the special performance however as he surprised audiences by not only bringing on stage Yoo Jae Suk and Noh Hong Chul (dressed in their iconic outfits from the Gangnam Style music video), but also MC Hammer once more, as previously reported.
Capping off the performance was a short interview with host Ryan Seacrest, who revealed to the crowd it happened to also be Psy’s birthday that day, before leading the crowd into wishing Psy a happy birthday

Psy's "Gangnam Style" was named the "Viral Sensation of the Year" by MTV on Wednesday.
"Taylor Swift sold w-a-a-y more records, One Direction stirred millions of first-crush flushes and labelmate Justin Bieber put tens of thousands of butts in seats every night of his tour, but in 2012, Psy had what none of them did: a-once-in-a-decade hit that can't be replicated", the music channel said.
The song "inspired more parodies than Clint Eastwood at the Republican National Convention and, oh yeah, racked up nearly 1 billion views on YouTube", it added, referring to how Psy set a new record on the world's leading video-sharing site.
