After being cast in “Generation of Youth“, Rainbow‘s Jaekyung has recently confirmed to star in another drama.
On March 21, her agency announced, “Rainbow”s Jaekyung will be appearing as a new character in “God’s Quiz 4.”"
In this drama, the active idol will portray Lim Tae Kyung, a talented researcher personally scouted by the office director, Young Shil.
The production company’s representative shared, “She will be actively showing a lovey dovey chemistry with previously casted Super Junior‘s Donghae that is equal to that between Ryu Duk Hwan and Yoon Joo Hee. Jaekyung will act outstandingly alongside Donghae in ‘God’s Quiz 4′ to give more energy to the production.”

Super Junior Donghae is lengthen his drama list with a new casting for OCN's upcoming drama "God's Quiz 4".
Donghae is taking the role of Han Si Woo, an elite coroner who will take on death cases caused by rare diseases.
According to CJ EM’s PD Lee Hye Young, “To add quality to the drama, we've casted Super Junior Donghae because of his proven acting skills that he's showcased from his previous works. We are looking forward to his great acting."
God's Quiz Season 4 premieres in May and plots the story of elite medical researchers who will unfold the mystery of deaths from rare diseases.
Moreover, Donghae's character will form a love line opposite Rainbow's Jaekyung.
Super Junior’s Donghae will be joining the other cast members for OCN’s upcoming drama God’s Quiz 4.
In God’s Quiz 4, Donghae will be taking on the role of ‘Han Si Woo,’ an elite newcomer in the country’s prestigious coroner’s office that deals with cases on rare diseases.
The Super Junior member has previously proven his acting skills in numerous dramas, such as It’s Okay, Daddy’s Girl, Ms. Panda and Mr. Porcupine, a Taiwanese drama Skip Beat! and more.
CJ EM’s Lee Hye Young PD said, “Super Junior’s Donghae, who is popular across Asia, will be acting as a medical researcher. As he has already proven his acting abilities in various dramas, we expect his brilliant acting to add to the quality of the drama.”
Meanwhile, God’s Quiz 4 will depict the story of elite doctors working in the coroner’s office, who investigate a mysterious death and unravel the mysteries involving rare diseases.

Super Junior’s Donghae has become a chaser.
In new still cuts for Donghae’s upcoming Channel A drama Ms. Panda and Mr. Porcupine, Donghae is seen shooting a thrilling chase scene.
Playing the good-looking but prickly pastry chef Go Seung Ji, the still cuts shows Donghae’s character in pursuit of a debtor who is on the run from him.
Donghae successfully filmed the scene despite having to shoot it in over 30 degrees Celsius temperatures outdoors and while carrying a heavy camera.
Having to run again and again, the singer-turned-actor showed little signs of weariness as he shot the scene with Kim Hyung Bum, who made a cameo appearance for the drama as the debtor on the run.
A source from the production shared, “The breathtaking chase scene will shows Donghae as the determined youth Go Seung Ji and will show his character’s personality as it is. Please be in anticipation of Donghae as the sweet pastry chef and prickly man.”

In the midst of Super Junior's busy promotion schedule, member Donghae will soon be able to showcase his acting skills in an upcoming drama on Channel A, "Miss Panda, Mr. Hedgehog."
After revealing an official trailer, the drama's promoter, YTree media, recently revealed an images of Donghae as a professional patissier, Go Seungji.
In the images, Donghae concentrates on creating pastries and cakes while wearing a white chef uniform. In order to prepare for his role, it was reported that Donghae even took professional baking lessons from a professional patissier in order to better understand his character.
A representative commented, "Even though he is very tired from busy schedules, he will work hard to perfect his role. After taking the classes, he is able to use baking tools with the proper technique. Please look forward to his great acting!"
"Miss Panda, Mr. Hedgehog" tells of the relationship between Go Seungji, Donghae's character, and Ms. Panda, a cake shop owner who will be played by Yoon Seungah. The drama is set to air on Channel A on August 18.

In this episode Donghae was seen reading over his script. He recently was casted as the main character of a drama.
Donghae shared, "Since I don't have a lot of experience in acting, there were some things that were difficult. If I don't take things seriously, all the time, something new could pop up." Sharing, "Acting is a constant assignment," he expressed his honest concern for acting.
In this drama, Donghae takes on the role of a patissier. He was seen brightening up the mood of the filming set with his friendly and affectionate mannerisms.
Donghae shared, "It is burdensome taking on the lead role of a drama but I hope that I can play a part in spreading the name of Super Junior even more." His love for Super Junior was clearly evident.
On June 18th, a press conference for Channel A's new drama "Ms. Panda and Mr. Hedgehog" took place at the drama's filming location. Starring Super Junior's Donghae and actress Yoon Seungah, "Ms. Panda and Mr. Hedgehog" will be about a romantic relationship that develops between two people with very different personalities.
Most of the drama's cast was present at the press conference, and many questions were asked regarding each person's experience with filming the drama. Donghae was first asked to share his thoughts on his character. He said, "Although my character Ko Seungji may seem cold on the outside, he really has a warm heart. In fact, he may actually be the most loving character in the drama."
Donghae was also asked to share his impression of fellow co-star Yoon Seungah. He commented, "When I first saw Yoon Seungah, I thought she was really beautiful. Not only that, but she is also almost like an older sister to me, always caring for me and giving me advice on how to improve my acting. It's also because of her that I've become a more relaxed and humorous person on set."
When asked how he manages to simultaneously take part in Super Junior comeback activities and drama filming, Donghae replied, "Well, I'm actually not the only one who has a hectic schedule. Many other actors are just as busy as I am. But recently, I've only been able to get two to three hours of sleep each night due to filming. Although there are times when I feel as if I don't have the strength to continue on with my work, I still always feel happy when I am filming."
In addition, the cast members and production team were asked to select which actor livens up the filming atmosphere. Everyone pointed to Donghae, and Donghae explained, "There are times when I purposely do an NG just to make everyone laugh and cheer up," revealing his secret method of cheering everyone up.

Super Junior's Donghae and actress Yong Seungah are confirmed to be playing the lead roles in Channel A's upcoming romantic comedy titled "Ms. Panda and Mr. Hedgehog."
Donghae is set to play the role of "Mr. Hedgehog" who is described to have a stoic personality and unique hairstyle. Yoon Seungah, on the other hand, is described to have a calming personality. The two characters will quarrel a lot before developing a romantic relationship.
Channel A further revealed that the project might possibly start airing this summer.

Super Juniors Donghae and actress Yoon Seung Ah have been cast as a couple in Miss Panda and Porcupine.
On May 22nd, a broadcasting representative told Newsen, Yoon Seung Ah and Donghae will appear together on Miss Panda and PorcupineThe airing time will be confirmed in the future. They are currently filming.
Channel As Miss Panda and Porcupine is a romantic comedy about baking. Yoon Seung Ah gained much fame after appearing in MBCs Moon Embraces the Sun, while Donghae appeared in his first drama, Its Ok, Daddys Daughter back in 2010.
Miss Panda and Porcupine will air its first episode in July.
Daniel Henney is one of a handful of actors who works in either Korea and the U.S. After touchdown a role in a by-product of the yankeedisplay "Criminal Minds," he was onceforged in an upcoming k-drama.
It could be his first k-drama in five years.
Henney will seem in the drama "Goodbye Mr. Black" with co-stars Lee Jin Wook, Moon Chae Won and Song Jae Rim. Lee Jin Wook plays a Military SEAL, who is betrayed through his highest friend and denounced as a traitor. He's exiled to every other country yet returns with a false identity and a pretend wife to devise his revenge. Moon Chae Won plays Lee Jin Wook's pretend wife. Henney plays Kim Ji Ryun, an marketing consultant to an investment consider company.
The drama becomeencouraged by a manhwa of the similarcall written by Hwang Mi Na, which in turn was inspired by the French novel "Count of Monte Cristo." The manhwa takes the leading personality to Australia and England. That makes sense since Henney's Korean language abilities are limited. In beyond interviews he admits that whilst he continues to prepare Korean, acting in English is still more at ease for him.
He lent his voice to the nature Tadashi Hamada in the Disney movie "Big Hero 6," but if the film was dubbed for Korea, the manufacturers chose to rent a voice actor.
"Like a guy who mayif fact exist toldtalk the language larger than me," he acknowledged in an interview with the website online Endor Express. "I may have done it but it willhad beena huge number of work."
Henney did no longer grow up in Korea and did no longer even speak any Korean when he was first cast in a k-drama. He was born in Michigan to a Korean adoptee mom. But his American profession also took off. He gave the impression in the movies "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" and "the Remaining Stand" in addition several Television shows, adding "Three Rivers." In the "Criminal Minds" spin off, "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders," he was cast as Matt Simmons, an FBI agent with awesome profiling qualifications and an appreciation of foreign cultures.
