JYPE’s JJ Project releases new video teaser

JYP Entertainment‘s latest group JJ Project has been racking up a fair amount of hype within the K-pop fan community after their past previews, and today, the agency has released a new video teaser to heighten anticipation even further!

As earlier reported, JJ Project will consist of JB (Lim Jae Beom) and JR (Park Jin Young) of ‘Dream High 2‘ fame, two JYPE trainees who have both been with the agency since 2009.

Titled ‘Time 2 JJ‘, the teaser doesn’t show any faces but high-definition shots of the duo’s bodies and their wardrobe choices. Furthermore, the teaser ends with the date, ’2012.05.20′, setting the group’s official debut for next Sunday

INFINITE releases tracklist & previews for mini-album ‘INFINITIZE’

It looks like INFINITE has returned and is ready to go for their latest comeback, as the group has just released the tracklist for their third mini-album, ‘INFINITIZE‘!

Jang Dong Gun immerses himself in his new role for ‘Gentlemen’s Class’


Actor Jang Dong Gun has completed his transformation into the finnicky and cold ‘Kim Do Jin’ for his new SBS drama, ‘Gentlemen’s Class‘!

Jang Dong Gun plays the role of an architect who’s infamous for saying it like it is when it comes to his work. New still cuts of the actor shows him completely immersed in his character. His level of focus definitely translates into his character as an architect, and it’s easy to see upon first glance that his charisma isn’t meant to charm, but intimidate.

Contrary to the aura he’s emitting in the still cuts, ‘Kim Do Jin’ isn’t afraid to let his guard down around his high school friends, whom he’s known for over 20 years. He’s also not one very well versed in love, so when he develops a crush on co-star Kim Ha Neul, he’s not quite sure how to approach her, making for plenty of comedic situations

Junsu releases “Tarantallegra” music video!

After much anticipation, Junsu of power trio JYJ has just released the music video for his latest track, “Tarantallegra“!

Immediately beginning with a dramatic opening with a powerful dance break, it’s obvious that the adorable Junsu people are usually accustomed to has completely transformed for this music video.

‘Tarantallegra’, which marks the hailed singer’s very first solo album release, features a total of 12 songs. The album itself will be released on May 15th. Until then, tell us your thoughts on this music video in the comments section below!

Upcoming Girl Group Tahiti’s members transform into fashionistas


Upcoming rookie girl group Tahiti all transformed into fashionistas.

On the May 12th airing of SBS-MTV‘s ‘Ta-Dah, It’s Tahiti‘, the members held a runway fashion show. The fashion show was in a survival format with the themes of airport fashion and club fashion.

The viewers were captivated by Jungbin in a mini dress, charismatic E.J., Hanhee‘s tomboy look, ‘second Han Ga InJisoo featuring clubbing fashion, Minjae with her honey thighs, and cutie Ari who each showed off their charms on the runway.

Meanwhile, Tahiti will be officially debuting with the release of their album this coming June

Korea to showcase smart learning at APEC forum

Few would argue that Koreans' zeal for education has been the driving force behind the country's economic prosperity. Indeed, it has become a case example for many developing countries around the world.

The nation is now seeking to establish a reputation as an educational powerhouse in the digital era by spurring the convergence of technology and education and sharing this knowhow with less-developed nations.

"Smart learning has become the key word for education policymakers seeking new methods of teaching for tech-savvy youngsters. We want to present new solutions that will usher in the era of smart learning at the upcoming APEC forum in Gyeongju", Korea's top educator Lee Ju-ho said in an interview with The Korea Times, Monday

JYJ's Junsu reveals MV for "Xia Tarantallegra"

After starting the teasing process earlier this month, the full music video for JYJ's Junsu's "Xia Tarantallegra" was revealed through the group's official YouTube channel.

Junsu is set to release his first full length album "Xia Tarantallegra" this May. C-Jes Entertainment stateed that they decided to put "Xia" on the album's title because it represents the meaning to Junsu's identity and love received from everyone, while "Tarantallegra" was described as a spell that could make everyone dance.

The full album will be released on May 15th.

Rainbow’s Kim Jae Kyung makes her fans drool

Rainbow’s Kim Jae Kyung recently shared her self-portraits featuring ice-cream.

In the afternoon of May 13, Kim tweeted the photos with the caption, “So yummy that makes me lose my self-constraint.”

In the photos, Kim stares the camera. holing a spoonful of ice-cream. In the second photo, the Barbie doll lookalike singer strikes a pose as if she was trying to give the spoonful ice cream and make her fans drool.

Netizens responded: “Feed me with a mouthful of ice-cream.” “She looks fabulous.” “Refreshing.”

Homeplus to promote Korean food in London

Homeplus, in conjunction with the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency and Tesco, will sell 150 types of Korean food products in the U.K. in the run-up to the London Olympics.

The Korean retailer said it has high hopes that the Olympics will enable small and midsized food producers to find new export markets while promoting Korean foods to the world.

The Korean products will be sold between July 27 and Aug. 12 at the New Malden Tesco branch in London.

CN Blue’s Min Hyuk successfully changes into a cute boy on My Husband Got a Family

CN Blue’s drummer Min Hyuk is currently receiving favorable reviews from the viewers for his acting.

In KBS 2TV’s drama series My Husband Got a Family, Min Hyuk recently got laughs from the viewers by perfectly portraying a character who fears women who are older than him.

In the series, Min Hyuk is playing the role of playboy Cha Se Kwang. He’s usually chic and cool. However, whenever he sees his older sister Yoon Hee (played by Kim Nam Joo), he suddenly becomes her cute youngest brother.

In the 23rd episode of the series that aired on May 12, Yoon Hee chased Se Kwang by car. In the scene, Min Hyuk perfectly portrayed the character scared by his sister.
