Police said Wednesday they will seek an arrest warrant for a popular singer and entertainer on charges of rape. In a press release, Yongsan Police Station in Seoul said it apprehended a 36-year-old singer, with the surname Goh, who allegedly stripped an intoxicated girl and raped her.
