EXO’s Chanyeol Enjoyed Running and Hiding from the Camera During MV Shoot

Showcasing the Overdose music video to the world for the first time, EXO’s Chan Yeol shared what he enjoyed from the shooting.

On April 15, EXO held its comeback show at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium, where the group’s title song Overdose was revealed for the first time, along with the music video.

When asked which member made the most mistakes, Baek Hyun sheepishly admitted, “Me,” making the audience laugh.

Chan Yeol then explained that the music video was shot with the one-take method. “When the EXO-M members came out, we couldn’t be shown on camera, so we were hiding everywhere to avoid the camera, and that was a lot of fun.”

Meanwhile, the comeback show was streamed live through Samsung Music.

EXO will release the two versions of their second mini-album “Overdose” in Korean and Chinese by EXO-K and EXO-M, respectively, on the 21st!

SM Entertainment stated on the 15th, “As much as EXO will promote in Korea and China as EXO-K and EXO-M for their new album, two versions in Korean and Chinese will be released.”

The mini-album consists of a total five tracks including title track “Overdose”, as well as “Moonlight”, “Thunder”, “Run”, and “Love Love Love”.

But before the mini album release, EXO-K will kick off their comeback stages on “Music Bank” on the 18th, “Music Core” on the 19th, and “Inkigayo” on the 20th. EXO-M will also hold a press conference in China on the 19th and will hold their first comeback stage on CCTV”s “Global Chinese Music” on the 19th

Park Hae Jin earns high praise for his good deeds

Recent charity efforts by Park Hae Jin show that the actor has a big heart.

The actor, who was last seen in “You Who Came From The Stars,” is a star whose charitable efforts have been praised in both Korea and China. Last month, he was the first Hallyu star to be honored with a Chinese Civil Award for his donations to help victims of a recent earthquake in China. The actor contributed almost $10,000 to help those victims.

Because of his generosity, he had a Lotte theater in China named after him. The Park Hae Jin Theater officially opened on Feb. 1. But the actor decided that the proceeds from that theater also ought to be donated to charity.

SUJU, SUJU-M and EXO Win Big at Chinese Music Awards

Super Junior, Super Junior-M and EXO swept across Korea and China with their popularity.

At Yinyuetai V Chart Awards that took place on April 15 in Beijing, Super Junior-M won the ceremony’s most prestigious the ‘Album of the Year’ award in Chinese section while EXO won the ‘Album of the Year’ award in the Korean section.

Super Junior won the ‘Most Popular Singer’ award and the ‘Best Group’ award in Korean section, proving its ongoing popularity in the country.

Yinyuetai V Chart Awards hosted by Yinyuetai gives out awards to artists and albums that received popularity in China throughout the year.

EXO, who couldn’t attend the ceremony due to its comeback show, sent a video saying, “We want to thank all of our fans. We couldn’t attend the ceremony this time but we want to attend next time and present our performance

The 3 stars that return the love they’ve recieved

While "The Heirs" and "My Love from the Star" is a smashing hit in the Chinese region these days, the main stars from those dramas are doing their jobs as Hallyu stars. Lee Min-ho, Kim Soo-hyeon-I and Park Hae-jin are reaching out to repay fans for all the love they've given them.

Lee Min-ho has recently started the social charity project PROMIZ. Coming from the English word 'promise' and the name of his fan club MINOZ, PROMIZ means he promises the love he's gained from fans.

As a part of that, all profits earned from his Asian fan meeting and other businesses related to it, will be donated. Amount of profit and its origins will be revealed and it's his plan to return the love he's got to charity.

Group EXO To Release New Album, ‘Overdose’ On April 21

Group EXO will be releasing their second mini album, Overdose, on April 21.

This new album will release in both Korea and China for each of their groups, EXO-K and EXO-M.

This album will include their title song, "Overdose," as well as "Moonlight", "Thunder", "Run", "Love Love Love" for a total of 5 songs.

They also worked with The Underdogs, Kenzie and others for this album as well.

EXO-K will make their comeback on KBS "Music Bank" on April 18 and continue with their comeback stages this weekend.

EXO-M will hold their comeback press conference in China as well as appear on a Chinese music program.

They will also be holding their "EXO Comeback Show" on April 15.

CNBLUE Heads Over To China To Attend ‘YINYUE V-Chart Awards’

Band CNBLUE headed over to China to attend China"s "YINYUE V-Chart Awards".

This award ceremony will be held on April 15 in Beijing.

CNBLUE arrived at the airport and was greeted by many fans. The band had to be escorted out of the building to the crowded exits.

This year is the 2nd annual "YINYUE V-Chart Awards" and brings in top artists from China together.

As one of Korea"s representatives, CNBLUE will be performing their hit songs, "Can"t Stop" and "I"m Sorry" as a congratulatory stage at the award ceremony.

On the other hand, CNBLUE will begin their "2014 CNBLUE LIVE-Can"t Stop" tour starting on April 19-20 in Seoul.
