Welcome to another Seoulbeats Roundtable! We’re nearing the end of 2012 now (where did the year go?!), but as we approach winter in the northern hemisphere and summer in the southern, there is a third season occurring in K-pop: awards season, when musical acts frock up and attend (and perform at) various awards nights in the hopes of taking home a mini-statue or two, this season culminating in the Golden Disk Awards, considered the Korean version of the Grammys. Yeo Jin Goo featured in the October 28th broadcast of  “Section TV Entertainment News”. During the interview, the child actor, who will be starring in the upcoming drama “I Miss You”, honestly revealed, “50% of my decision to work in “I Miss You” was because of Kim So Hyun. MBC has recently revealed its first teaser for upcoming drama “I Miss You,” a drama talking about first love, starring  Park Yoo Chun (JYJ) and Yoon Eun Hye. New York Comic Con Embraces K-Pop?

K-Pop, Comic Con, T-ARA, BEAST, Big Bang, BoA, 2NE1, Wonder Girls, f(x), Girls Generation, Psy Comic Con The New York Comic Con is an experience that all ages can enjoy. From comic books to action figures to manga/anime-they have it all. On Saturday, October 13, the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center was packed with willing minds to take in all that they could. As per usual, there is a K-Pop booth that sells music, posters and even showcases a video or two. This is normal for NYCC. Artists like T-ARA, BEAST, Big Bang, BoA and more had their music and videos being displayed for willing folks to take a look at
