In case you are not familiar with his name, Hwang Min Woo is the cute boy who wowed audience with his dancing ability in Psy‘s “Gangnam Style” music video. He recently shared that prior to the filming of Gangnam Style, he used to like Big Band more than Psy.
On the October 24th episode of MBC‘s ‘Good Day‘, he unveiled, “I knew about Psy since I was five years old.” But the truth was he didnt like Psy that much back then, “I originally liked Big Bang better. But after I got the call to appear on his MV, I started to like Psy ahjusshi. Right now, I like ‘Gangnam Style’ Psy ahjusshi more.”
His father, Hwang Eui Chang also revealed, “A representative from Psy’s agency saw Min Woo’s appearance on ‘Star King‘ and introduced the clip to Psy. Psy laughed when he saw it and asked to film a MV together. Min Woo’s appearance was confirmed two days before the MV filming.”
Hwang Min Woo previously impressed fans with his appearance on SBS ‘Star King‘ and tvN‘s ‘Korea’s Got Talent 2‘.
Top celebrities including Jang Geun Suk, Lee Byung Hun, Big Bang, and Jung Hyung Don showed off their love for Psy‘s “Gangnam Style“ on the October 12th “Psy behind story” special of SBS‘ ‘Good Morning‘.
These special clips were recorded before the official release of the worldwide hit. One of the clips showed Jang Geun Suk shouting, “Psy ‘Gangnam Style’ fighting!” along with his fans in Paris.
Actor Lee Byung Hun shyly said, “Oppan Gangnam Style. The title is definitely Psy’s style.”
Big Bang also stated, “Psy is Gangnam style. Big Bang is Mapo style.”
Entertainer Jung Hyung Don brought laughter to viewers by making funny expressions as he claimed that he himself was Gangnam style.
In related news, CEO J.Y. Park also shared in a recent clip that he was the inspiration behind “Gangnam Style”.
The Japanese accessory brand Ambush held a launching party at the My Boon store in Gangnam on September 20th. Ambush collaborated with G-Dragon and he designed a few special limited edition accessories.
He also wore the chunky “Royally Screwed” pendant necklace that was featured in his music video for “CRAYON“ music video.
G-Dragon no doubt lives up to his title of being a fashion king arriving in all metallic track suit coupling it with simple sneakers and shades. He wore a full gold outfit that reflected the spotlight, as well as gold bracelets and a gold watch to match. His blue hair was done in a wild updo that ended in platinum blonde streaks.

Seungri StyleAs singer Psy's "Gangnam Style" is gaining much popularities leading to numerous parodies, Big Bang Seungri's parody 'Seungri Style' was known to receive the most love.
According to Midicom's results of analyzing all 105,396 tweets related to "Gangnam Style," Big Bang Seungri's Seungri Style ranked 1st place with 677 retweets.
After that, PyungYang Style and Gangname Style game version ranked 2nd and 3rd place with 344 and 292 tweets each, and the orchestra version and Chicago style followed after that.
