It has been a rough year and a half for EXO fans. Within a short amount of time fans of SM Entertainment"s popular boy group have seen the departure of three members-Kris, Luhan, and most recently Tao. In the search for answers why these members decided to leave, many fans have turned to old programs featuring EXO to find any clues. Their results are surprisingly humorous!
On Korean public posting site Pann, one user started a post titled "The Programs That Predicted the Pigeons To Depart from EXO," as translated by Koreaboo. The contents of the post feature various screen shots of EXO during their television appearances on Running Man and EXO"s Show Time. With this post as their evidence, discussion has started about whether their guest appearances predicted these members" departures all along.
One photo from Running Man shows EXO"s Kris with the caption, "EXO Kris running away!" while another refers to Kris as a member who "never thinks anything is their fault."
(Photo : Pann) Fans also pulled out more moments from EXO"s Show Time featuring Luhan and Tao. Over one of Luhan"s image appears the words, "Betrayal over betrayal over betrayal," and another, "congratulations on your scam tactics." Tao"s image also carries the same theme as it reads, "A horrific betray by Tao who everyone trusted."
(Photo : Pann) Users on Pann even pulled out an old EXO commercial for CRUNKY"s chocolate where Kris poses with the words, "Be forgotten."
Of course, the likelihood of these shows actually predicting the future departure of Kris, Luhan, and Tao is still up for debate. However, it"s great to see fans finding some humor in a situation that broke so many hearts.
