Kim Yoon-jin Takes 1st Steps on American Stage

Kim Yoon-jin, best known for her role in the hit U.S. TV series "Lost", will take the U.S. stage for the first time in her 20-year career.

Kim stars as a North Korean defector in "Wild Goose Dreams", which opens at La Jolla Playhouse in San Diego, California in September, her management agency said on Friday.

This is her first stage play. Directed by Leigh Silverman, it is set in Seoul and revolves around a North Korean defector who meets a South Korean man online whose family is abroad and falls in love with him.

The famous School Series is back! Starting from 1999 to 2002, and then from 2012 to 2013, and restarting the legacy in 2015, the School Series accompanied my generation's school years. Having 7 different seasons, some episodes have similarities considering the limit of the genre but nevertheless, it is still the program that attracts all the young viewers, and still the program that every young actors and actresses wishes to take part in. Reason being, there's a speculation going around that at least 1 person from the cast of each season will become a top star in South Korea. “Man Who Dies to Live” apologizes to Muslims

MBC drama "Man Who Dies to Live" apologized for the criticism that it made Islam look funny.

A word of apology came up on the official homepage saying, "The drama was based on an imaginary land and all the characters and locations in the drama are fiction. We have no intentions to make fun of anything or anyone, especially the Islam. We apologize for any misunderstandings".

The drama was criticized for creating a woman wearing a bikini in a hijab or drinking alcohol. They were also sitting arrogantly in front of the Quran.
