Big Bang’s T.O.P hurts the back of his hand and undergoes a surgery

The “idol” group Big Bang’s T.O.P has recently hurt the back of his right hand in the middle of shooting the movie Alumni.

On September 22, YG Entertainment said, “On the 21st, T.O.P hurt his right hand because of some pieces of broken glass while shooting a fighting scene of Alumni. He went through a surgery in the morning of the same day and is currently taking a rest at the hospital.”

Because it is not a minor injury and he had to get a surgery, his agency and film company faced an emergency situation. Both companies held an urgent meeting to rearrange schedules for acting, putting the actor’s recover and stability at the center.

However, it is said that T.O.P is more concerned about the harm he would cause in the agenda of the movie and Big Bang’s activities than his current state. He shows a strong will that he will continue the schedule as it was planned.

Because he has no problem moving his body, he clearly expresses his will to attend the fan meeting and the world tour concert, but because it takes about two to three weeks to recover his hand and be free from bandages, it seems to be hard to continue the shooting for the movie.
