Just as every month, Japan’s Oricon has compiled another list of the releases and their sales figures. This time around, the full list for the month June were revealed. (The charts include sales starting June 4th till July 1st)
In the Oricon Monthly rankings for June, 2PM made it to the 4th place overall, having sold 162,178 copies of their latest single “Beautiful” since its release date. They’re closely followed by Girls’ Generation‘s “Paparazzi” which got to the 7th spot by selling 92,576 units. B1A4‘s debut single, “Beautiful Target”, placed 12th, with 32,665 CDs sold. The last Korean release in the single rankings for June was After School‘s “Lady Luck/Dilly Dally”, which sold 16,715 copies.
In the monthly album rankings, T-ara takes the top spot for Korean artists, after selling 86,530 copies of their first full length album “Jewelry Box”. Boyfriend‘s compilation album for Japanese fans got to a 39th spot after having sold 10,702 copies.
The monthly Oricon rankings for July are set to be revealed later this week and will include sales for SHU-I, U-Kiss, MYNAME, IU, Wonder Girls and many more.
