Recently, in Asahi TV’s “Doraemon” anime series, Jingu’s friend Toongtoongie appeared in a scene wearing the outfit for KARA’s hit song “Mister” and dancing the “butt dance.”

This was a parody of the “Butt Dance” performed by KARA who, in 2012 climbed the Oricon chart, and are currently in Japan actively promoting their music.

“Doraemon”’s worldwide cumulative sales collateral numbers are in the millions and is an acclaimed manga as well as a popular television series. Also, every March in Japan, for summer vacation there is a theater animation release and it is the number one family animation.

“Doraemon” is the story of a cat-shaped robot from the future called Doraemon together with a clumsy elementary student called Jingu who go on adventures, is not just popular in Japan, but is a beloved character around the world.
