Scenes from the script reading meeting of KBS 2TV’s new Wednesday/Thursday drama have been revealed. The first meeting which included director Kim Jin-won, writer Lee Kyung-hee and the main characters Kang Maru played by Song Joong-ki, Seo Eun-ki played by Moon Chae-won and Han Chae-hee played by Park Shi-yeon among others.

Lee Yoo-bi will be playing the role of Maru’s younger sister Choco, while Lee Gwang-soo will be Maru’s best friend Jae-gil. The actors who gathered for the first script reading meeting were very serious about their roles that the whole atmosphere was almost like it was the actual filming set. The quirky and comic acting of Lee Gwang-soo and other supporting characters made the entire meeting fun with a lot of laughter, causing rumors to float around that the cast members already boast excellent teamwork.
 
 
The staff members were quoted as saying “the actors got along together well during the first script reading so we are confident that they will perform well during actual filming. Although it’s only the beginning stages we are confident that we have a strong team for our new drama.”

 
The new drama titled The Nicest Man on Earth or Nicest Man for short is the work of Lee Kyung-hee who wrote hits like I’m Sorry, I Love You, Thank You, Sang-doo Let’s go to School etc. It will be her first project together with director Kim Jin-won recognized for KBS Drama Special Ordinary Love.

 
Nicest Man tells a turbulent love story of three young men and women. It will air after The Bridal Mask ends in September.
