Recently, Rainbow’s Jaekyung prevailed in winning a lawsuit against a plastic surgery clinic who had used her image without permission to promote themselves online. Jaekyung retaliated by suing them, claiming damages.

On July 1st, the Seoul Central District Court ruled in the favor of Jaekyung, ordering the online promotional company and plastic surgery clinic to pay her 15 million won and 20 million won respectively in compensation for failing to check if she really had undergone plastic surgery.

Meanwhile, Jaekyung is currently working hard on her current JTBC thriller-drama, “Monster,” in which she plays the role of Na Yoomi.
