SHINee has successfully wrapped up its “SHINee World 2012″ tour in Japan on July 1, having performed for 200,000 fans in total.The final leg of the Japanese tour, which kicked off in April, was in Hiroshima.The band performed at the Hiroshima Green Arena for two nights from June 30 to the following day and the fans were treated to two-and-a-half hours of dynamic performance.As well as singing its previous hits and new single “Sherlock” released in Japan back in May, the band members took to the stage individually as well as in unison, singing a total of 29 songs.The tour kicked off in Japan on April 25 in Fukuoka and made its way around six other cities: Hokkaido, Nagoya, Osaka, Kobe, Tokyo and Hiroshima, consisting of 20 concerts in all.The band’s first solo concert in Japan set a new record for the highest number of audience for a K-pop band.

SHINee’s Japanese Single “321” Sells Over 40K on Day of Release
The five member boy group SHINee rose to the No. 3 spot on the Japanese Oricon Chart with their new Japanese single “321” on the day it was released. According to the Japanese main music ranking site, Oricon Daily Chart, SHINee sold 42,216 copies of their new single “321” on December 4 which was the same day it was released. It landed them in third place on the chart. “321” is the title track for SHINee’s ninth Japanese single, and it consists of a lively rock sound. The group is currently promoting the song actively through various appearances on Japanese broadcasts...
T-ara's Japanese Fanclub to Close in April, Fans Worried
After receiving surprising news that the T-ara‘s Japanese fanclub “Sweet Treasure” will shut down in April, T-ara’s Japanese fans became worried that the girl group will stop their activities in Japan. Members of the fanclub received an unexpected message that they will receive their last newsletter from the fanclub in April and that the site will close down. The fan club was closed due to T-ara not renewing their contract with CCM Japan. Worried fans thought that this was a sign that T-ara will stop performing in Japan...
