Recently, SNSD’s Hyoyeon revealed her thoughts about her career.

In the episode of MBC’s Dancing with the Star 2 that aired on June 22, Hyoyeon won the competition with a powerful locking performance.

Because of her activity abroad, she could not participate in the live show and share a moment with viewers. Instead, she appeared on the screen and said, “My dad was the first one to discover my talent and helped me succeed as a singer,” as she went over her trainee days which lasted for seven years.

About her group SNSD, she said, “For me, SNSD is a miracle.”

She also confessed adversities she had faced, “Among nine members, it was hard to appeal with my own color.”

When asked about difficult points in the group, she replied, “I asked myself, ‘How can stand out?’ It was difficult to let people know of my name in SNSD. Fortunately, I could manage that through Dancing with the Star 2. I’ll work harder!”

Her last performance was a combination of dance sports with locking dance which she learned during her trainee years in which she was called by a dancing genius. Eventually, she won the competition with best marks.
