With no end in sight to MBC‘s ongoing labor strike, popular variety show ‘Infinity Challenge‘ is… well, not so popular anymore.

According to AGB Nielson Research, the “special” of ‘Infinity Challenge’ broadcast on June 2nd in place of a new episode received its worst viewer ratings yet at 4.7%. This comes as the result of its 18th week of re-runs.

The show has been airing “specials” or re-runs since February of this year, leaving viewers to question if there will perhaps be no new episodes for the rest of this year at the rate the situation has been progressing.

Even with the lack of new episodes, the show had managed to maintain ratings of 5 to 6% in the past, so to see it fall into the 4% range, has left many fans of the show shocked. Many are voicing their opinions and concerns stating that even viewers who were once big fans of the show, are growing tired of waiting.
