Jang Geunsuk achieves #1 in one day on Tower Records chart
It won't come as a surprise to anyone that actor-turned singer Jang Geunsuk is popular both overseas and in Korea, and fans were impressed with the immediate success the star is gaining after only one day of releasing his first full length Japanese album, "Just Crazy."
"Just Crazy" was released on May 30th in Japan and immediately took over the number one spot on the Tower Records chart.The album has eleven tracks, including the title track "Crazy Crazy Crazy," for which its music video released earlier in April. The album gathered 130,000 preorders and is said to combine classic and British style rock.
It also features "200 Miles" which will be used as the opening song for the anime "Fairy Tail" starting August 18th, and "Let Me Cry."
Outside of acting in the drama "Love Rain," Jang Geunsuk is also currently preparing for his tour, "2012 Jang Geunsuk Asia Tour."He will not only perform in Korea and Japan, but also China, Thailand, and Taiwan.
