The teaser video of IU’s original song “Peach” has been revealed before the actually release of her new album, Spring of a Twenty-year-old on May 11.

On the morning of May 3, IU’s agency, Loen Entertainment, revealed the teaser video of IU making her song “Peach” on their official Youtube channel and Melon.

In the teaser video, IU appears in comfortable clothes without makeup. She hums the melodies, and is engrossed in writing the lyrics for the song. The exciting melodies that IU hums, which seem to express romance, aroused curiosity from the fans.

At the end of the video, a drawing of a peach that IU drew herself appears. Previously IU created a stir by uploading a drawing of a peach and tweeting, “Erotic peach… I’m going to start it anew with pure heart!” The peach in the video is shaped like a heart, showing IU’s innocent and naïve nature.

Yesterday, producer Cho Young Cheol who is in charge of IU’s album tweeted, “If IU’s previous song was melancholic, this one is more like a ‘romantic Lee Ji Eun.’ This is a sweet love song, and it is somewhat personal. Could she be in a relationship?”

IU’s own written song “Peach” will be simultaneously revealed on May 4 at midnight on Melon, Olleh Music, Mnet.com, Soribada, and Bugs.
