On April 23, 2PM’s Junho revealed his diet regime with a comment that playfully expressed his concerns over its deadly effects.
Junho tweeted, “My daily meal. I think I’m soon going to turn into a skeleton. My bones are thick, so it’s harder for me (to lose weight).”
In the accompanying photo, you can see small amounts of cabbage, sweet potato, and chicken breasts, showing Junho’s low-carb diet. The assortment of fresh and healthy food show how committed Junho is to his strict diet plan.
Meanwhile, Junho is not the first celebrity to reveal his diet plan through Twitter recently. Park Jin Young revealed his secret to staying in shape for so long over the weekend, while SISTAR’s Dasom and T-ara’s Hyomin also made their light meal plan public last week.
It’s unclear what really prompted Junho to go on a diet recently. The only incident we can think of is Kim So Eun’s mention of Nichkhun as her ideal type of idol. Whatever the reason is, good luck Junho!
