Actress Park Shin Hye recently received a lot of attention while she was visiting Hong Kong.

Jetting off on April 17, Park caused a sensation as she touched down in Hong Kong. The purpose of her visit to Hong Kong was to take part in the promotion for a cosmetic brand she is modeling for. Numerous local outlets as well as fans gathered for her promotion and welcomed the Korean actress.

Park, who made her first official visit to Hong Kong, attended a launching show and had an autograph session and an interview at the SASA mall on April 19. Most major outlets in Hong Kong attended and showed huge interest in her visit.

Renowned Chinese outlets—including Sina, LE TV, and Youku — as well as local ones, so there were interpreters with two kinds of languages—Mandarin and Cantonese.

Having highly anticipated for Park’s visit, local fans sent her doting love and support from her arrival to departure. The actress also did her best to provide them with the rich rewards by showing good attitude and serving up a constant smile.

A source from Park’s agency said, “We knew that series starring Park was popular in Hong Kong but that was much more than we expected. We were quite surprised to see outlets from China attending her promotion in Hong Kong. We really appreciate the love and support of the local fans and outlets.”

While You’re Beautiful and Hayate the Combat Butler, starring by Park, received huge positive responses, Heartstrings, co-starring by C.N.BLUE’s Jung Young Hwa, is slated to air soon. This year, it looks like Park is to make herself more popular icon in Hong Kong.
