U-Kiss and miss A are cast in the M!Countdown Hello Japan
Following MBLAQ, FT Island, and Choshinsung, U-Kiss and miss A is to take part in Mnet’s M!Countdown Hello Japan.
The M!Countdown Hallo Japan is a mega-scale concert held by Mnet’s M!Countdown at the Super Arena in Saitama, Japan on April 25. Mnet is organizing the concert with collaboration with Space Shower TV, a biggest music channel in Japan.
Space Shower TV is planning to include interviews of cast groups and solos and air them in Japanese style.
The group cast in the second lineup, U-Kiss and miss A are highly sought after in Japan as well as in Korea.
Previously, U-Kiss made a debut with “Tick Tack” ranking no. 3 on the Oricon Chart, and sold out a staggering thirty thousand tickets for the group’s concert. Meanwhile, miss A could gain familiarity to Japanese fans while Dream High 2, starring Suzy, aired in Japan despite the fact they haven’t made a debut in Japan.
Thereby, five teams are cast in the event in Japan so far—MBLAQ, FT Island, Choshinsung, U-Kiss, and miss A and Mnet is planning to announce the third lineup adding Japanese artists.Source: Xportsnews

K-pop boy group Infinite will hold a large fan meet on Feb. 28 and March 1 at Olympic Gymnastic Arena, southeastern Seoul. Woollim Entertainment, the seven-member boy group”s agency, said on Friday that the fan meet “will be a chance for both fans and the K-pop boy band to look back on the previous year and share the K-pop act”s future plans”.The Olympic Gymnastic Arena accommodates up to 70,000 people at once. Stores in the new Lotte World mall in Jamsil, Seoul are empty on Friday, the 100th day of its opening.
The sprawling halls of the new Lotte World mall in southern Seoul were eerily empty last Friday afternoon, usually peak shopping time for Korea”s avid consumers. One store owner reported a marked drop in the number of customers since late December and says now only 20 to 30 people a day stop by.”Sales have declined by around 70 percent and I wonder if I”ll be able to stay in business”, the owner added.There were no fanfares as the gigantic mall marked its first 100 days in business on Friday.
